No, you don't necessarily need a teamwide healer for Furina to work. All is well as long as you can get some healing and can regularly proc Furina's A1 passive.

Will beidou be fine? Hyperbloom cores will not be triggered but can she do decent damage with furina buff??

You would use Shinobu anyway. Or Fischl ig, you won't be hyperblooming as much but the damage and quicken uptime is still there. Beidou is not great.

Yes. Even if she can’t, it will be close enough to still be good.

Likely. Furina's talents aren't maxed yet so I can't say for sure. But she does give a bigger buff on paper.

Not really. PAmber is obviously the more comfortable option but you can get away without it just fine. You can stick with widsith or wandering evenstar if you already use them.
