    The QR code is on the front of the manual in the lower right corner.

      Baloney! Stop repeating misinformation. The QR code on the front of the manual is not the correct QR code.

      no, qr code is on dashboard menu then select add new device. but you can use pin code.
      dont forget to disable the SSID isolation (client isolation) on your wifi setting. as long as the client isolation menu active, your smartphone will never connect to your tv using this app. Good luck!

      Hi, Sunshine! To connect your LG TV to the LG ThinQ app, you need to have both your TV and smartphone connected to the same Wi-Fi network sharing the same wireless router. Yes, if you don't have a wireless router, you won't be able to connect your TV to the LG ThinQ app. ~Bridge

    Having the same problem. To complete the inquiry must have qr code. But where on earth is the qr. How to search for it?. Punya lah susah nak buat report.

    Y’all keep giving the same reply and we ALL CANT FIND THE QR CODE TO CONNECT OUR DEVICES. We shouldn’t have to email you guys separately for such a broad issue. How can we connect our devices without a QR code ? This is so frustrating and I don’t want to hear no automated response please. These tvs aren’t even popping up wirelessly on the ThinQ app with no way to connect via mobile phone. I have no problem with my fire tvs ! I am not satisfied and I do not recommend this tv

    I spent over $3,000 dollars on lg top refrigerator and haven’t had a good night sleep in over 5 years because it’s so noisy, also every time I change the water filter my new home gets flooded I’m angry 😡

    I do not have a QR code for my fridge. LG put the damn QR code on your site for model numbers. Chinese companies are really f*^%up

    Pure garbage customer service, LG! The only question anyone has is, "Where is the QR code?" and the only reply from LG is "Contact customer support." Really, LG?? Is that the best you can do? If there is a QR code, show in your video where to find it... otherwise, your video is absolutely useless!
