Yes, it's possible but you would need a very reliable internet connection and power supply.

i assume you have already reset your stream key but just incase you havent, you should, you showed it in the video meaning anyone could use it to stream on your channel (im not 100% sure how it works im not too sure about Lives but felt i should mention something here)

Do you know a provider who can do a 24/7 Livestream from a UA-cam Playlist? So i don't need to upload the Files which I want to stream.
UA-cam currently doesn't offer that feature natively. You'll need to upload the files.

Yes, there are cameras with built-in live streaming, like Mevo. Gyre doesn't support live camera feed.

There are some free alternatives but they might not be as reliable or feature-rich as Gyre.

You can also livestream on an iPhone but the screen should be 24/7 on, the best app that o found is AirMix Solo which in my opinion is better than manycam (unfortunately AirMix works only for ios)

Yes but would you live stream a website using gyre for example if want to do live subscriber count for Mr beast using a website that provide the stats
ahhh, so that's how its done - i am looking into live streaming, but i don't have clips to put together, so it would be a "normal" livestream be being there talking about things! ... but this information for my future self is super to know.

The bigger problem here, imo, is the amount Google charges for it... Make a video comparing to another service, if you can. Add an affiliate link, but be upfront about it.
I'll leave you with this thought. There's channels with over 20 live-streams. Don't know if you ever seen them. Are they paying up to $10K a year to host all that? I doubt that. What's going on.
