Why this confusion whether it's a grant or loan? Murty garu take clarification from finance ministery and inform to close this unnecessary debate/arguments.
Budget allocation means how center is going to utilise the money it has. It never points to sanctioning of loans. 15,000 Cr is given as loan/debt with the assistance from agencies. It is not a Center grant like they provided to Bihar. BJP played tricks that many of Andhra people did not understand. BJP did not confirm they are going to repay the loan. She said they will discuss this part later. 😮
