Now that you mention it, overthinking is directly linked to perfectionism unfortunately for all of us, which explains why we struggle a lot to make decisions, but I know we can do it ! And the more we become aware of our overthinking periods, the more we will be able to stop them from happening !

analysis paralysis and basically overthinking is the worst enemy that's stopping us from taking action !! and ofc they're besties with perfectionism so worst combo! I believe in you, and you've got this !
