Upcoming second year at UCM, I lived in Tenaya Hall in the older dorms and even though I've been to glacier(and it the same set up) the size difference for the dorm is still so crazy to me. But your dorm decoration is so nice and simple, our dorm was so cluttered and we basically brought our whole house lol(lived in a quad).
yeah, el portal was *huge*, i remember going over to see friends in sentinel and their dorms were smaller *and* had the extra third bed and desk too, so we got pretty lucky. lol the dorm the decor oml, i didn't put anything up until second sem 💀 it was so weird having such bare walls that i got fed up with it, but my roommate's side had a lot more things there. a quad sounds crazy though, what dorm are you in this upcoming year? (also love the namjoon pfp! what's your favorite album?)

i didn't feel like it was that hard, personally? i didn't have that many things to bring or leave behind, so i think it worked out well for me. the rooms are a bit bigger than dorms at other ucs, so i would keep that in mind while packing.
nope! floor assignments were random⎯the fifth floor was initially supposed to be for returning students only, but due to the lack of housing, they put us wherever available.
Yes there are. Heating and cooling are fixed at certain temperatures. I'd suggest opening the windows during the summer or whenever it is hot. Just know that whenever you open the windows, the air conditioners and heating turn off.
this is a double! i didn't feel comfortable filming my roommate's side, but the room is almost the same on the other side⎯there's no cement pillar on her side though, so we put the fridge in that space instead.
