That's funny you spoke the exact path of this weird bruising along my sinus line in my face ...the other day I thought about losing my dog Freddy and my heart was breaking all over again and I felt the tears for. But they felt like lemon juice or hot sauce moving through my sinuses passages or acid something that burned anyways and it worked up until I couldn't hold it any more and let out a real low heart wrenching howl/ cry n it began to pour out of nowhere it didn't stop until I cried myself to sleep

Someone's shadow tried to bring me down yesterday. My light was too much. I was minding my own business.I responded to their anger with smiles and love and they became frantic, their eyes widened and they looked absolutely mental. I said I'd pray for them and god bless you and you could see them squirm. They were frantic but I transmuted the shit they threw at me and got a pain in the back of my shoulders.
