3 months ago I totally cleaned up my diet. Now I'm already a clean eater but I let too much sugar in my life and was drinking too much coffee. I cut ALL sugar out. I only eat coconut sugar. Cut coffee to 1 cup a day. Increased my water. More fresh fruit. No alcohol. No more medical marijuana. Cut my narcolepsy meds in HALF!!!!! Praise the Divine!!!!!!

thanks, i'm getting an ultrasound on friday that i've been trying to get for 2-3 years now. may be too late, something is definitely wrong w/me but my medical care is being blocked. so if anyone cares to, please pray that this exam and results are not manipulated so that i die without justice and/or answers, which seems to be someone's intention. the list of people whose intention that is, is pretty short and one of them is between 18-24. but the 18th could also be when/if i get results that if not interfered with, will get me the medical help that i desperately need, since it's the monday after fridays ultrasound. i'm making french onion soup today because i love it and it makes me happy. no valentine or love in my life for a really long time, but i wish everyone a happy valentines day and love in all our lives. and i wish for narcissists to get empathy and healing and be able to retrieve their souls. they've made my life a living hell and i don't know any way to make it stop but for them to heal their dark hearts and cst their own demons out.

My mom past away in 2016 from the nursing home and hospital negligence and she keeps coming to me in dreams, telling on all her kids, which it is 10 of us right now.
