Hi everyone! I hope this video is helpful. Thank you for watching! 💕😊 And if you've missed the update my first merch has launched: teespring.com/stores/marialazar
Can you do another video showing how u put on the weave on the cap ppls thisbvid was helpful but now can u make a video showing u teaching us how to make the rest of the wig please
It took some searching since the brand itself isn’t. But they do have a water resistant version. It has quite a bit of a longer curing time. I haven’t tested it with hot water or boiling. But washing it seemed ok. I make my wefts on a crafting mat that’s anti stick, and it allows the glue to dry with a super shiny and smooth side. It has the thickness of elmers glue and is easy to work with.
This is legit the first easy explained wig cap tutorial I've found. Thank you so much and can't wait to try it out for my first wig doll. So far I've only done re-roots's and have been so excited to branch out. Thanks for the tutorials!
Aww thank you so much, that means the world to me. 🥰 I used to do only re-roots too and than switched to wigs, I believe you will love it like I do. 😊✌
Wow ! 😲👍Thank you so much, for such an easy way of making the skull cap. 👏👏👏I have tried, failed and put aside my doll because of my failures. I now have the courage to get on with doing this. 👍 I look forward to all your vids ! 😻😍🥰️😽❤️️💕
You do real marvels! Your doll faces are very beautiful, and you put a lot of work on them! Because of that they look lovely! Will be wonderful to see everything you create! Good luck and thanks for showing your art!💖🌹😘😊😍😍😘😘😘
If you still haven't found a water resistant glue, I recommend Pattex 5 minute epoxy. It's clear, water & heat resistant (to a degree of course, ironing the cap will probabley make it melt) and it has a little bit of stretch to it when it dries (like hard rubber). It's pretty cheap too :) The only downside is it cures fast and the brush you use to apply it will probably be unusable after one use :P
This is Soo beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing this.. means a lot! Been watching all your videos on loop! you are just Soo talented! all the very best dear for your future videos! Hope you become more successful and reach to an even more wider audience!! Artists like you inspire the non talented ones like me to atleast give a try! more love ❤️ to you! 💕
Awesome tutorial! I have a Reina Paola doll that I want to make a wig for. Your tutorial is so informative and easy to follow. Thank you for sharing. I just subscribed to your channel.
This is GREAT and very helpful as always. But for your NEXT video, can you show us how to put on the Alpaca hair for our dolls? More specifically MINIFEE Please!! 😊😊😊
Thank you so much for making this series? Could I bulk buy the classic wig caps that you see on mass-produced doll wigs and use those? I’d love to make OOAK wigs for people who are disappointed by the wigs that shops have to offer if they have a certain style or color in mind
I'm sorry if this is a silly question but would this method work if the doll I have has animal ears (rabbit ears)? Or do you think it's impossible with this method
I am Korean.I don't know if I can understand by using a translator. I want to know what kind of doll it is. I'd like to know the price. I'm looking at it.♡

What is the choice prefrence for creating the hair used on the wig?
What is the name of your cat?
Mod Podge makes water resistant glue! I’ve used it to make wefts and it works pretty well.
Omg that's great! Thank you for sharing, I'm surely going to try it. 💕😊
Modge Podge is also PVA glue. :)

do you reckon liquitex matte varnish would be substantial?
@@BloxyMelonio I’m not sure since I have t used it but if they are comparable in what they do then I’d assume so!
It looks so clean and precise while still only being a wig cap!!❤️ Great job as always!!
Thank you! 💕😊

She is the best
Hi Maria. One question. What product d you use for change color to the hair? Thanks you!
I wasn't sure if you mentioned it but how long do you usually wait between layers? until it visibly looks dry?
Lovely
Notification squad, early squad!!!
Woooow is sou cute
Wow! I love your cute manicure! What polish is that? 💅
Thank you. 💗😊 That's just gel overlay.
❤
Why is no one talking about her nails 😍😍
Where do you get doll models from? What do you use to wash the paint? Please answer me
Love the accent btw
Do you think nylon stockings could be used as a base?
Yes, I believe this will work too. 🙂
@@MariaLazarsArt ah fantastic! :) thank you! I'll give it a go ^¬^
What type of head is that that you’re using in the video? Is that one of the Obitsu heads?
Yes, this is an Obitsu head. 😊
Is there a website to order this doll head from?
I'm sorry if this is a silly question but would this method work if the doll I have has animal ears (rabbit ears)? Or do you think it's impossible with this method
It absolutely works, just cut out the foil and fabric to have the ears out and the rest is the same. 😊
Beauty♡
Your voice is so cute
Uso termolina lechosa de la marca gato preto. Al secarse, luego de unos dias de curar, puede resistir el agua
So what is the purpose of a wig cap vs rerooting?
😃
Very cute head. What doll is that?
Can I use old stockings?
Yes, that works perfectly. 😊
@@MariaLazarsArt Thank u.😁
I am Korean.I don't know if I can understand by using a translator. I want to know what kind of doll it is. I'd like to know the price. I'm looking at it.♡
It's an Obitsu head, and it looks like one of their 1/6 models
Can I use this technic on a porcelain doll too? A year later but yea
I don't own a porcelain doll and I can't say. If you do proceed, just make sure the materials and everything work together. 🙂
And where do you get these dolls
It's an Obitsu, you can buy them on Parabox's website!
Can u make u put on the hair now thanks for showing me how to make th e cap
