Today I made apple bread that really looks like an apple!
The appearance of it being pudgy, fluffy and shiny was really appetizing, like a ripe apple.
It's really delicious with plenty of apple cream cheese inside the soft and moist bread.
I made it using red yeast rice powder, but I also made dough with coloring separately, so I think you can watch the video and refer to it when making it. 😊
After baking the bread in the oven, I used a polish to give it a shine, but if you don't have any, you can use melted butter. If you use a polish, the shine lasts much longer, but it is a bit difficult to pack because the surface is sticky. As a reference, I think you can just apply melted butter or polish!

▶ Ingredients ◀ Enough for 10 apple breads
🔥Preheat to 338℉(170℃), bake at 320℉(160℃) for 17-18 minutes
✏ Bread dough (1)
(Uncolored dough. Dough containing red yeast rice powder)
190g milk
35g sugar
4g salt
4g instant yeast
240g bread flour
8g red yeast rice powder
30g unsalted butter
✏ Bread dough (2)
(Dough with coloring. When there is no red yeast rice powder)

✏Apple Cream Cheese
270g cream cheese
180g apple jam
◼ Storage method ◼
- In summer, eat within the same day. In winter, it is okay to store it at room temperature until the next day. Refrigeration of bread is not recommended as it becomes brittle and loses its taste. If you want to eat it for a long time, keep it frozen, thaw it at room temperature, then warm it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and eat it!

기계반죽을 한다면 지문 테스트했을때 일반적인 빵들처럼 지문이 투명하게 비칠정도로만 하면 될까요.

2배로 만들고 싶은데 재료 양만 추가로하면 될까요? 따로 달라지는건 없겠죠?🥹🥹
네! 레시피 2배로 만드시면 됩니다. ^^ 대신 반죽기로 반죽하시면 상관없지만 무반죽으로 하시려면 폴딩 중간에 휴지하는시간을 5분에서 10분정도 조금 더 늘려서 해주시면 좋을 것 같아요!

Оказывается, красный рис обладает тонким ароматом, который хорошо сочетается с начинкой. Яблочный джем у меня домашний, с корицей и бадьяном, вместе со сливочным сыром был невероятно вкусным. Мы ждали внуков, поэтому я сделала сразу двойную порцию. И не зря, булочки которые не съели, внуки забрали с собой. Мы все очень довольны и очень Вам благодарны.
