That was a beautiful basket weave you made. If I may suggest two additions to your apple pie mixture -- cardamon and try grating a white 6 y/o cheddar cheese (or a similar equivalent found in South Korea). You won't actually taste the cheese but you will get the sharpness to counter the sweet apples. Thank you #CookingTree for such an inspirational video.

That seems rather yummy 😋! Personally, I would add some raisins and pine nuts as per the strudel, but maple syrup is already a nice touch. Ps: for apple peeling and slicing, knives with teeth are recommended.
That's what I was wondering about. Everything else is perfection, but I can't imagine the bottom can crisp up and bake well enough without blind baking it before putting in the filling. Then again, I don't know whether she has some way of compensating for that. It's not like she doesn't know what she's doing.

틀은 일반 무스틀 사용했어요~
에어프라이어로는 구워보지 않아 잘 모르겠네요ㅠㅠ
제품마다 사양이 달라서 굽는 온도와 시간 차이가 있는 것 같아요~
오븐 보다는 온도가 센 편인 것 같은데 에어프라이어에서 구워도 오븐 처럼 모양이 나올지 잘 모르겠네요~

퍼프페이스트리는 냉동 보관했다 사용해도 괜찮은데 접어 펴는 과정을 하고 바로 구워야 아무래도 결이 잘 나오는 것 같아요~
그래서 저는 냉동을 했다가 사용할 경우엔 접는 과정 전까지만 작업하고 사용하는 날 접고 밀어 펴는 과정을 작업해 사용하는 편이에요~
