Eurofighter 90mm 6/3/24 Hard Landing

I have been having issues landing this Eurofighter and today wasn't much better. This was the first flight with a new nose gear and now this one is also damaged. After the hard landing it is not operational and stuck down. I think I need more speed coming in. I did try to flare at the end but it just keep dropping.

The Eurofighter is to nose heavy on the stock CG marks on the wings.. 25/30mm behind the CG marks seems to be the sweet spot..
I've done a battery tray mod to get the lipo further back ..similar as John at two brothers RC on UA-cam.. mite be worth a look at that video

Agreed, I have 4 oz of lead in the tail
