Our (Lonestar Arlington center) acting center manager gave a PCM telling us if we don’t report misloads by a certain time, discipline will be issued. This was this month, he said that.

No package is worth the life of a driver, ever. It's heartbreaking to still see heat related deaths that companies could easily prevent by following the contract.

Closing centers so drivers have to drive longer to get on route in the heat isn’t going to be good either.

Not all counties have 911 you might have to dial the manual number, if you do dial 911 you will end up with the wrong 911 center...thus delaying the response time

Some drivers are having to drive from their route, back to the building facing the western sun. That windshield is like a magnifying glass. It’s deadly. Just a few minutes facing that western sun is brutal much less 30-46 minutes (example Redoak drivers in the Lonestar building).

You guys hit the nail on the head. Orion and the stupid fucking computer that dispatched the route or whatever the fuck they use to build routes. It over stretches you into other zip codes sometimes and Orion is fucking stupid it's exhausting. Our routes are not the same ! What happened to bid work ! ?..
