    To everybody commenting on the state of Kenta's apartment, you need to understand that the Tokyo metropolitan area is VERY expensive. Have you ever noticed that most of the people Paolo spotlights have above-average careers, such as owning a factory or working at a major company as a game programmer? Their apartments/houses are outliers. The average Tokyo apartment is closer to the size of Kenta's in my experience

      It's not the size, it's the clutter, the lack of organize, how he shoves the bedding into a closet instead of neatly folding it, and the fact the lack of cleaniness continues into other rooms. Japanese are taught to be endlessly clean and careful and here a stark opposite. I do realize many clean up and tidy their home before the video, but it's surprising.

    • @CollideWithTheSlope
      @CollideWithTheSlope 7 місяців тому +154

      Dude, i think people are pointing out how he seems to give no attention to the tidyness or cleanliness of his home, not the size of it. You can have a small apartment yet still be clean & tidy af. I’m a living proof of that. And besides i dont think that someone should need THAT much stuff when in the end you couldn’t even find most of it due to the poor storage management. And to think that he works in a factory that demands its workers to sanitize themselves everyday right before entering the office.

    We really need to normalize homes that are not always minimalistic or perfect, Kenta opened up his home so people could see into a day of his life, the least people could do is be respectful towards the guy :/ Thanks for sharing a day in your life with us Kenta! Thanks Paolo for this great informative video!

    When I lived in Japan, I noticed the eggs being extremely orange and tasty. The chickens are fed a highly nutritious feed which include things like flower petals or carrot powder.
    There is also a dish you can have only in Japan. I forgot the name but you literally mix raw eggs into a steaming hot bowl of rice and is such a tasty snack. I heard we can’t do that with eggs here over in North America tho lol
    Also a Japanese screamo band?! AWESOME! Great video!

      I've been raising chickens for over 10 years and the rich orange color is from the chickens having access to wild greens, bugs, and flowers. The better their diet the darker the orange coloring. This is why the commercial eggs here in the US are a pathetic pale yellow and taste so bland. Their chickens are raised in chicken houses with only commercial feed to eat.
      If you want to eat raw eggs it doesn't matter what continent you're living on. Find a local farmer like me that doesn't wash their eggs. The natural bloom from the chicken is far more effective at protecting and preserving the egg then washing them. Washing the eggs speeds up the expiration date by months. So only wash them when you're ready to eat them. Otherwise just keep them refrigerated.

    It's interesting to see that Japan washes its eggs like the US does. In the UK we don't as this removes the natural protective cuticle on the egg. It also means ours don't need to be refrigerated. That style of office uniform is only really found in the travel industry here these days. Some companies do still require standard uniforms though but it's on the way out - I used to work in an office where the only part of the uniform left was a little neckerchief we had to wear, and it was gone for good within a year of me starting.
