- Miley Cyrus has debuted a whole new look with darker brunette hair, and fans are divided. Some of the pop superstar's fans quickly suspected the difference in Miley's appearance may be due to alleged buccal fat removal. Buccal fat removal is an irreversible cosmetic procedure that removes the buccal fat pad in a person's cheeks. The procedure became controversial at the end of 2022 as many Hollywood stars appeared to have underwent the surgery. Removing buccal fat at too young of an age may result in causing hollow cheeks or a gaunt appearance as the remaining facial fat reduces over time. However, Miley has not responded to any such claims.

I don't know how i personally feel about the hair change, i've always known Miley as a blonde (and i prefer her brunette hair), i do know that Miley is smart in a way that gets people talking about her (especially recently), so i trust whatever she's does next will be good for her and her image as a popstar 😊
