Hotline Miami 2 Any% NG+ Meme% Speedrun

Here's those stupid rules for this stupid category:
Same rules as NG+ Any%.
Timing starts when selecting Down Under in the menu, it ends when you reach the golden gate at the end of Apocalypse.
You must play all the levels in order (it's OK to enter a wrong level once)
HOWEVER.
No level skips
Must use Tony in all of the Fan levels
Must not go into rage mod with Evan
Must use Dirty Hands with Son
Must use Dallas with Jake
Must use the Sniper Rifle with Beard
You can't carry weapons through floors (you need to reset the level if that happens)
Plush and/or 1864 can change the rules on the fly if they're watching your stream.

in this case, Tony for Fans levels, Dirty Hands for Son's, Dallas for Jake's
crappy weapon for Beard in this case is the Sniper Rifle
also, no rage mode for Evan
