I just found Samantha Fish a couple days ago, and Holy Smoking Smokes! So I saw Jonathan Long playing with her and damn he's nasty too. Great Feel, Great tone, and some sick chops - so glad I found both of them - they both have something really special, and I'm thankful that God gave them these gifts

I'm surprised they are being allowed to play at the artist square in new Orleans, they keep that area off limits to live performers other times of the year 7 days a week.

I was digging it. He's a great musician. It's good music... BUT he needs to stop showboating with all the guitar solos and settle into the groove of some of his songs. He plays like he's still a bit insecure. Probably just because he's so young.

What a lot of non guitarist don't realize is that certain sound effects makes a guitar player sound faster than what they really are.
