Love me some Kenny Brown. Surprised no Snake Drive in this set? That slide solo was always a killer closer.

9:30 I tought: wow, that sounds like black keys! A few seconds later, wtf, this IS black keys! A couple of seconds later: wait a minute, is this black keys?? So I suppose black keys made a version of this! Can someone confirm that?
BTW, if you are wondering what black keys song is, the song I'm refering to is Busted from the album The Big Come Up
Here's the version I'm familiar with: ua-cam.com/video/ta7qvvzU2l8/v-deo.html
Kenny played with RL Burnside.
@@erich1394 oh thank you! seems not black keys nor Kenny Brown original :) wondering if R.L Burnside is the original too
@@shusterme I thought it was his but I could be mistaken
@@shusterme Also, Kenny Brown was RL's guitarist and honorary son.
The Black Keys were inspired by the North Mississippi Hill Country Blues style of legends like R.L. Burnside, Junior Kimbrough, Jessie Mae Hemphill and Mississippi Fred McDowell. Kenny Brown played slide guitar for both Burnside and Kimbrough, and learned guitar from Mississippi Joe Callicot, who was born before 1900. Brown is a legend in his own rite. The Black Keys are great, but are not living legends like Brown.
somebody knows the name of the first song?
Its Miss Maybelle an old blues from Ranie Burnette, also played by RL Burnside
@@faunoram Tks man!
