Hey mate in my experience with my old winch truck i had the fans pulling through with a good 200mm between rad and cab
Standard ls1 mechanical water pump was fine, i didnt run a thermostat. I used 38mm aluminiumised exhaust tube for the pipes with random rubber joiners.
I eventually added an electric water pump purely to make bleeding the system easier but can get by without one.
It will matter. Negative pressure will cause it to have some funky issues, have the fans push out from the cab, heat rises so out and up. 🤘

Luke, if I didn"t see in videos from since you got the vitara that's on me, but what motor and tranny is in that nugget?
Stock 1.6 engine and box , 4.7 trailgear transfer on Hilux axles with chromosome
I thought the vitara pez pack 2 doors were 1.6L, the 1.8L were for the pez pack 4 doors and the high end models had a 2L 4 banger. Dunno how the stock trans has held up even with the gear reduction.

I'm all sweet, a couple of tiny fractures in my t-4 and t-5 vertebrates but I'm fully mobile and should heal up pretty quick. cheers mate
