Haha Honestly Si i love this damn knife ! It might not be everyone’s cup and very few knives are. But for me it’s the sweet spot for price vs materials vs performance 🤷🏼♂️. Thanks for watching man it’s very much appreciated !!
Glad to see your still watching some of the videos John 🙏🏼 much appreciated ! Yes I diddnt think I would be too up your street. I forgot to say I have had one of your recommendations on order from the USA for the past two months. I apologise it’s taking a long time, just all the shopping now is horrendous !! The qsp penguin is a brilliant choice for a beater, a heck of a lot of knife for the money. They have a brass and blackout blade edition out on Heinnie if you haven’t seen, £48 I think so not too bad at all 👍🏼. I’m glad you like the production side of things, I thought I’d try something new 🤙🏼. Thanks for the support again John 👊🏼
@@BladedArticles exiting times ahead, I will keep my eye out for new content! I’ve seen the new ones on heinnie like them all, I literally beat the penguin to bits and it just takes it, a clean and a sharpen you’d never know! Been using a para3 recently too- think I was expecting too much from it, it’s great but £180 makes it a bit..... meh
@@johnpemberton655 indeed 🙌🏼🙌🏼, hopefully it will only get better like a maturing wine 😂👍🏼. Ahhhhh the good old penguin, I’m glad it’s doing so well for you man ! Ohh right I have heard good and bad about the para 3 to be honest, always a. Hit of a bummer when you pay that and it doesn’t live up to the price tag 😔. Another one will come for you man ! I know it !
Pretty nice looking & heavy-duty style Böker. Is the frame-lock side titanium or stainless ? I only own one Böker (VG10 / Titanium liner / G10) and my only complaint is that the titanium liner-lock locks directly on the blade, and that´s kinda squeeky-ish ! would be better if it had a steel insert on the lock. Nice review ! 👍
Indeed ! That’s why I wanted something that was hopefully going to stand up to some abuse and boy did it haha ! Both scales are stainless steel, show side is just coloured. Hmmm interesting ! Hopefully that should get worn over time and be less squeaky 👍🏼. This one isn’t/hasn’t been squeaky for me. I’m glad you like the review ! Thank you for watching and commenting 🙏🏼👊🏼
I haven’t got this one ,I looked at it to add to my Serge pachinko collection but the weight put me off it’s just to much of a hefty knife for me ,shame because I like everything else about it .
I can see it looking great in your Serge collection 👌🏼. I do understand the heft of it, I think I’m the complete opposite to you in the sense I prefer a rather heavy knife if I can 😂. I can’t really fault it tbh, perhaps a lightweight modded version with Ti for you then ? 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Thank you for sharing. Great review about an awesome knife.
Looks like a fantastic knife, can’t get a better recommendation than that. Nice one. 😄👍🏻

Looks nice, not enough to tempt me to buy. Liking the big production intro, my beater is the qsp penguin and for me it’s perfect. Great review thanks
