What better way to revise than to sit with my chemistry revision in front of me and watch a video telling me how to revise 😂
surely if your revision guide is OPEN or at least in your general vicinity then that counts as revision ???? right ?????
Also I tried the idea of using objects to help revise, it's so useful! Will definitely be learning critics for English Lit using that tip, thanks! :)

Thank you so much for suggesting quizlet, it’s really helped me with my Latin and learning the vocab for the exam 😅 I’ve tried so many apps to try and help me with learning the vocab, and this is the first that has properly worked :))
A piece of celery running really fast is my favourite thing about this whole video😂💕
MY OWN NOTES
1. a good revision plan ---- break them into manageable chunks ---- make a revision plan each week
2. make a physical to-do list every day
3. use different websites e.g. duo lingo, quilt
4. condense the textbook into ur own notes
5. make sure u understand everything
6. FLASHCARD (and ring sets)---- spacing method
7. ring bound index cards ---- mini essay plans
8. web applications ---- e.g. 'self control': block certain websites; flux: change the colour of ur screen to help u sleep better
9. use objects to remember quotes
10. teach someone else the knowledge
11. poster, mind maps
12. do past papers

For the Latin word ‘celer’, the derivation of this word could be accelerate or celerity. Although a celery running fast is just as good!

lol I'm taking Latin gcse and I literally do the exact same think for learning words, today we had a vocabulary test and for pugno which means to fight I pictured a pug fighting 😂😂😂😂
I definitely have a love hate relationship with it - pugno is one of the ones I ALWAYS forget so now I'm going to remember it this way too hahaha

It was quite unexpected so I didn't really have anything planned. But I'm currently following an psychology and creative writing course and I'm doing a bit of traveling. I also have an English language course (I'm Dutch) planned in Brighton for 2 weeks so I'm buzzing for that!

I did Latin GCSE in year 10 and only started revising 2 weeks before my first exam. I would learn loads of vocab every day and somehow ended up getting an 8.

i have last exams in last two months of school. im not in college im in high school and my planner is so bad. ive been studying for exams every day after i come home but then i waste my time on homework which is a big failure. we use quizlet in my english class alot so i use that at home. what should i do?

I meaaaaan I can think of a few words to describe it and i'm not sure 'fun' would necessarily be one of them (ps if you have any tips for revising the set texts pls pass on your wisdom!!!)
Haha it's really difficult. We didn't do set texts, we did a weird exam board. The way I revised was the same as you, I used quiz let and flashcards to learn vocab and that was it really. Many words are similar to French/Spanish if you did those at GCSE!
How do you make a plan for each week? Is there a best way to set it out because I find it quite daunting starting revision from scratch again
