- In this episode, I am crossing the border from Belize, into Mexico, on my motorcycle!
Another border crossing, let's see how this one will go...

Your camera placement and editing skills as way of telling the story are exceptional. For example, I'm thinking you captured that compartments examination by the inobtrusive placement and then repositioning of your helmet cam. You recorded the action while the examiners were oblivious to being filmed. I realize now that we've been watching you do various versions of this all along. Great job.
She is well aware of her helmet placement , which is great for her personal safety.
I agree it is very Smart!!!!!
That is very easy to do with a video editor and more easily when you use many cameras filming in different angles.
I think the Mexican customs agent had that one figured out.
I often like to imagine that if traveling the world as Noraly does, I would share her incredible sense of "go with the flow," just-accept-it and patience in dealing with new cultures, procedures and processes. Whenever she crosses a border, I realize I'm kidding myself. I could NEVER EVER express her patience in dealing with custom and immigration officials. Just not my nature. But, regardless, I see the world and cultures vicariously through Itchy Boots so, it is all good.
I concur with your sentiments. I have no patience for bureaucratic shake downs.
I give her A Lot of credit for putting up with it.
I have traveled, on business, in North America, Europe, and China. I learned very quickly, when crossing the border and asked to declare citizenship, to reply that; “I am a citizen of the United States of America”. Especially in England, but other countries too, they would detain you with more questions and repeatedly remind you that America is a continent, not a country! Otherwise, I rarely experienced border issues.
I agree, traveling and doing business in places like Mexico, USA and others requires much patience.
every time I see the border crossings I'm grateful for the EU and it's nonexistent borders between member countries. It is so nice to just ride and not be bothered.
Having spent time in more than 100 countries, I learned that especially in 3rd-world countries, going through your gear and asking questions is about all the entertainment that bored border officials have. Smile, make careful jokes, sympathize with their situation (like the poor official manning the northern South Africa-Swaziland crossing all by himself), and you're unlikely to have trouble, or be the victim of a shake-down. Above all, BE PATIENT. Difficult as it can be sometimes, losing your temper or cracking wise will only make things worse. Remember...these people have nothing else to do.
I've told a lot of my friends about Noraly, some of them have also become fans of this channel. In the last video Noraly says she's been on the road for 3 years and driven over 100.000 kms. I mentioned this to a friend (a rather hardcore biker, he competed in enduro racing when he was young) and he thought that 100.000 kms wasn't much. Then I sent a link to one on the videos, but not even one of the most extreme ones. He told me afterwards he had binge watched videos of this channel and didn't get much sleep the next night. Now he is truly amazed how anyone could drive 100.000 kms on such roads and in conditions like these. He had watched some of the videos from South Africa in slo-mo just to enjoy the way Noraly rides her bike, "such a perfect dance", he said. And I was happy this channel got a new subscriber.
Man she is always happy regardless of the hassles of life.
Watching Noraly "dancing" on her motobike in the rain, always brings a smile to my face.
Me too.
I was wondering if she listens to music as she rides. I noticed that she has some sort of in-ears. I assume that they are bluetooth. I was hearing the music as she was head-bobbing, but that music is what she puts in later during editing. Hmmm.
@@drgruber57 On one of her blogs she mentions she does listen to music sometimes when she rides.
@@drgruber57 I think she uses simple ear plugs to reduce wind noise. Speakers are integrated in her helmet. What kind of music she listen when riding doesn't matter if it helps to show us her fun.
@@heitech-artsfotografie3719 ¡Excelente información! ☺️🤚 Gracias.
The rain you faced in Mexico was a welcome rain which means that everything is going to go very well for you in Mexico.
It’s so important to maintain cheer and respect when crossing borders. You always do it so well.
For a European, who does not even stop to cross a boarder within the EU, it is quite awesome to see the clumsy and inefficient procedures other countries in the world have established.
Love it when you cross a border and say "Welcome to ...". This time Mexico - new country - new adventures. Can't wait to experience new discoveries with you. Take care.
I love that so much too! Today's seemed to have a little teaser leading up to it ☺
The only channel to get a THUMBS UP before a FULL WATCH!
Thank you Itchy Boots 🤠
Safe travels from Mountain View Arkansas 💪🙏🤠🌻
It's been a few decades, but I believe my cousin, Jack Skiles, was mayor of Mountain View, AR. for awhile. Nice little town.
Yes, I do the same thing.....I know it will be great:).
I agree with you
I wait until she says "lets go" then I give a thumbs up.
That’s for sure I agree 👍🏻 soon as it starts
Noraly is buying a drink at the Mexican boarder: "With Coca per favor".
The seller: It is cacao!
Best stuff 😄!
I'm so excited you're in my country! Se sintio muy bonito cuando dijiste "Welcome to Mexico". I truly wish you a safe, uneventful and enjoyable trip.🏍
You are one of the strongest women I've known in my life! I can't even fathom doing what you do. Keep it up.
I've ridden through every state of Mexico...maybe my favorite country to ride in. Amazing senary and some of the best food in the world. There is so much to see and do which is connected to a story rich in history! Met soooo many amazing people in Mexico, Buen Viaje!
@baileyboy73 baileyboy73 sorry to hear that. i haven't been there in a year.
there's no youtuber that compares she's incredible in every way she's one of those people you see in the movie and don't think there's a real person out there who can travel like this
I love it when you finish your border crossing and you proclaim your welcome note
🤗😄🥳
Watching Noraly since the beginning, enjoyed all episodes, but what causes the biggest grin is the well deserved 1.13 million subscribers. Way to go girl, best wishes from the U.K.
And growing much faster these days.
UA-cam millionaire for sure.
I don't know why, but as soon as she said "Welcome to Mexico" I automatically smiled: D
Excellent advice. Never change your money before all the procedures are complete. Thanks Noraly.
Tanto tiempo esperando que dijeras…! Welcome to Mexicoooooo!!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Deseo pases una estancia genial en el país
Saludos desde Monterrey
A great display of “cool and chill” at the border.
I loved the way how relaxed, patience and cooperative you were at the border. I know it’s the best way to go around but I probably would have displayed some different facial expressions at the end 😑😂
And then the little motorcycle dance on Mexican music in the rain 👌
The dance was my favourite part of this episode too!
Only three more border crossings (but major ones) left to go on this epic journey. I already have a sense of sadness that it will end someday. My Spanish is improving just by watching your channel with subtitles. $22 for one night and breakfast, outstanding! Every time you cross a border there is a tense feeling in the pit of the stomach. Always happy for you when you make it your first place to stay in the new country. Thanks, Noraly and continued safe riding. Make a plan to come to Colorado. You can stay with my wife and I. We'll feed you, give you a comfortable room, fast internet and we'll leave you alone to work. Many, many great places to ride! Thanks, again! 🐧🐻
I think the moment the woman at the end said "including breakfast" we were all smiling all over this planet with a bit of relief! 😂
Yes. It makes me sad too. Very soon it will end.
Trinidad & Tobago.
West Indies.
Es emocionante verla tan de cerquita que parece que ahí estoy, me encanta oírla hablar en inglés, pero se ve más bonita hablando en español. Bendiciones y adelante. 🐥🐥🐥🐥
Welcome!! Enjoy México!!!
This part of your trip is where many of us worry about your safety. The Mexican people are wonderful and welcoming just worry about the bad guys. Please ride safe and know many of us are praying for your safety.
You're so right!!
I’m more concerned for here safety here in the US
Good grief, Speak for yourself Robert.
I think the US will be the most concern ! ( US Citizen comment)
@@mikemerrill175 What a foolish thing to say. I'm Mexican. No, the US is NOT more dangerous than Mexico.
How’s it feel to see your episodes immediately clicked as soon as you drop them. ❤️❤️❤️🙏 Thank you !!
*Kia ora (hello) Ms Noraly.... loved the wee dancing on the bike with Mexican music in the shower of rain. Another interesting border crossing... and as you were saying "and welcome to Mexico' so was I, but with both hands. Keep on smiling and be safe*
The taste of musice you got is something so beautiful 💕
I'm curious to see your USA and Canadian border crossings.
It will be a little bit different when she enters the land of Guns 'n Jesus--there is a Civil War there.
She will get a free ( tax payer funded ) cell phone and a 1000 dollar gift card along with a weeks stay at a luxurious hotel.. The American democratic politicians love to force the tax payers too pay for ALL non-citizen arriving.. Canada I think she gets free healthcare during her stay.
The US will check to make sure the bike meets US emissions and safety standards. And that the bike is registered and insured.
@@davidturk6301 let alone the cost of gasoline in California :D LOL .. But she will be okay.
@@beaumontmuni4294 - then again, she may not go through California (obviously I don’t know). She could go up through Texas, or Arizona, especially if she wants to hit a lot of National Parks, like the Grand Canyon. If she does hit the National parks, she probably won’t stay in the Parks because of the advance reservation requirements (they book up way in advance) for lodging. Also, the cost can be steep. Personally, I think she should stay on the eastern side of Oregon and Washington state, if she is shooting for a Vancouver crossing. But, we’ll have to stay tuned to find out where’s she’s headed.
Bienvenida a México. Te seguiré en la ruta por este país. Desde Córdoba, Veracruz, México. Saludos.
-- You acquired a rare and temporary musical bobblehead condition upon your arrival in Campeche. Nice.
Your facial affect (21:16+) revealed your excitement; glowing. Gracias, Noraly.
Noraly, your courage is stunningly contagious!
Welcome to Mexico Noraly! If you ever need anything let me know. The biker community here in Mexico is always willing to help!
My experience, border towns are the worst, get out of them quickly and go inland where the real people are delightful. Have a great journey through Mexico, one of my favorites. Since you speak Spanish so well you will have an easy time...enjoy !!
I agree borders towns are crowded polluted and attract bad elements
Thanks, Mr Foreigner I bet you're an expert in Mexico and mexican dynamics
I grew up in a border town, Niagara Falls, and I'm delightful. :p
Honestly, I'm excited to see what it's like in Mexico. I live in the states and it's always been in the back of my mind to go there. I'm guessing your videos are going to open up my eyes to what it's really like there like when you traveled through Iran. Safe travels Noraly! Your videos are important!
What is stopping you from going? Mexico is just there next to USA.
@@cecarblanco9933 im driving down south in august
@@Brucelee89896 Let's go then.
Still enjoying your travels from Belize to Mexico. Thanks for sharing your experiences in south and Central America Noraly.👏👍
Phew, I've never been to so many places without my passport while travelling with Noraly. Keep on moving Itchy Boots I'm with you all the way
Bienvenida a Mexico, es un país muy bonito, tiene zonas arqueológicas, gastronomía, museos, playas, cenotes, cuídate mucho soy tu seguidora, un saludo desde Jalisco, Mexico.

I love that, now I can say welcome to Mexico (Country Name)
Hit wrong button. I love this series. Thumbs up :)
Were those twitchy head, shoulder & arm, dance moves in the rain to rock with the music? To do that without shaking, spilling Alaska.. impressive! Being expert at one handed driving while filming/ drone flying and such.. the motor bike is clearly your art form and comfort zone.
Always chilled, always positive with a level head and that's why I can't stop watching your adventure that's now our adventure. Big thanks x
I think you hit the nail on the head, positive an level head are two great descriptions.
I was saying this to my partner the other day. Positive mental attitude but I accept that’s not always easy.
Amazing. Saw one of yours videos you traveling through Mexico. Loved it, so I had to come here and watch everything from the start. Greetings from Guerrero, Mexico.
Realy enjoyed watching. Thanks. ✌🏻👊
Que Mujer!!!!!...emociona ver lo intrépida y valiente que es!!!!!!.....
“I say welcome to Mexico!” Got to love this gal!
Everyday is new and interesting with Noraly!
what they offer you at minute 13.30 is called pozol.. its an ancient mayan- olmec drink made with corn.. and with cacao sometimes, same with sugar at times, and with ice.. is a very pleasant thing, but not the first time, or the second time..its like wine. An aquiered taste
The entrance to any foreign country is always a bit of a mystery. Sometimes you need to sort the scammers from the honest people and you just cannot always tell who is who. I wish you well in Mexico. I have been waiting for you to make this crossing to our neighbors to the south. Mexico (as close as it is) isn’t a country I know much about. I am looking to see it through your eyes Noraly. Enjoy!!! Be safe.
Vendor: "Where are you going? Noraly : "I don't know!" It's hard to get lost when you don't have a destination, just the next adventure. Quite the vagabond you are! Edit: I just Googled "vagabond" and I meant only the positive side of the meaning. Absolutely no disrespect.
Only two more countries and border crossings to go. Great use of music for the Mexican seat dance and previously when pulling Alaska out of the mud, which added surrealist humor to the situation.
I don't know how you do it but you give me a feeling of being there with in every episode!
Bienvenida Noraly a México, que todo te salga muy bien en nuestro país y disfrutes de este gran país!!!.... Saludos desde Tlaxcala México!!...
Bueno. empezó pagando 400 dólores.
I love Mexico. I have spent time in Puerto Vallarta, Cancun and Cozumel. Enjoy your time the people are awesome.
@@ronaldjohnson1474 They same could be said about USA and Canada! But I do hear you. I can only comment on what I know from experience.
Noraly: Bienvenida a México.
Bienvenida a México! Que tengas un buen viaje por nuestro país. Ojalá pases por Guanajuato!!!! Saludos!
If we all had Noraly’s Humanitarian Spirit the message at all borders would be “Welcome to xxxx” no invasions or illegal crossing would be needed ... her fearless spirit and cultural respect are wonderful...she shares Love ❤️
Border crossings can be a cause of much anxiety. Noraly, how do you remain so calm and respectful? We could all learn from you. Stay calm and carry on.
Every time I watch your videos I tell my wife I wanna go back to Mexico 🇲🇽 lol we try and go once every 2 months for a week .last time we went to Jalisco , my buddy let me use his 450 dirt bike and your videos remind me what I did in the town . Riding the dirt bike is way more fun then a car 🚙..
Viva Mexico!!! This is going to be an interesting journey through this part of the world. It seems that people only know Mexico from the Tourist traps on the Pacific Coast and the Caribbean coast, and never know what there is within the country. Looking forward to this adventure.
Yeah. Cartels and drug smuggling. Shes crazy going through the country ive heard so many bad stories

Another great and entertaining video. Your channel is simply the best I can find on youtube. I think I've been following you for 1.5 months now I can't get enough of it. I've watched all your videos now and even watched season 5 and season 6 twice.
