@@SerenityReacts Update. They didn't perform this in Taiwan. They're probably saving this for their performance in USJ
As others said, this song is used in commercials. NiziU has done commercials for big brands like Coca Cola, Converse, Puma, etc. If you haven't seen it, NiziU's ad for Puma is a work of art, not a shoe commercial. There's a Making Of which shows how it was filmed, pretty cool!

This song is sung in Japanese.
Universal Studios Japan is currently holding an event for alumni, and Memories is the theme song for that event.
That's why the song is a positive song that says, ``Let's enjoy the time we have left until graduation to the fullest.''
On a different note, NiziU held a concert in Taiwan yesterday, February 14th.
This is NiziU's first solo concert overseas.
I was able to watch live viewing at movie theaters in Japan.
MAKO gave a wonderful speech in Chinese.
The other members also did their best to greet each other, even though their Chinese was poor.
It was a very fun concert with songs, games, and talks.

I saw some videos posted and I think they are from the performance there! I’m going to check it out! It’s such a vibe. It would be super cool if they did an all English song to this! It’s such a nice beat.
LOVE this song. They hit it out of the park with the editing/mixing/production…amazing fills by Nina, strong studio vocals by the entire group, and I can’t get enough of the instrumentation (brass, strings, underlying beat, bass licks, etc.,).
Completely agree, deserves a fully produced MV (even more than the vid they just released).
