Working with bamboo as much as I do I can say Super bamboo makes a snake that's just as white and clean as a super lesser and stays through adulthood and doesn't have the eye issues that super lesser has.
Really? I love bamboo and want a super white BEL, I'll have to keep my eyes out when it's time.
Don't forget that super fires are also considered BEL's only are black eyed lucy's (leucistic). They range from all white to white with various amounts of orange splotches. When they are all white, they are a very nice white and do not seem to have the eye issues.

When my super lesser was a baby she had giant eyes but as she grew up she grew into them and looked totally normal now guess she grew her adult eyes first lol but yeah lesser is my favorite

I love my bamboo so will eventually be working the super bamboos but recently picked up 2 Mojave females and a Mojave male as a trade so I guess I will be making super Mojave as well and I can see what I like better lol

Some of the Fires got different names because back in the day some of the big breeders with "official Fire BPs" did not want competition and threatened the smaller breeders with law suits, so they eventually changed the name to Sulfur or Flame, although we know they are the same as Fire.
Thanks for the informative video. I have a butter Mojave BEL and he is super white. Zero color and zero patterning, with perfect eyes. Perhaps that’s another option for someone who is interested in Mojave but wants a super white snake.

Question, Lesser/Mystic vs Lesser/Mojave. We have 4 babies from a pairing that could result in either of these two BELs. all of them of course are white but have a yellow stripe broken or sold down their back. Is that confirmation that these are all Lesser/Mystic (I have heard Lesser/Phantom them being called Karma and Phantom and Mystic are the same) or does that not mean this, it could still be either?
I have a clutch from ghi lesser x lesser how do I know ghi is present in a white snake? Thanks

Haha I had a feeling there was going to be a band joke. The sire to the one you got from me is a bel. Was told he was potentially emchi (lesser mojave) and it turned out to be so.He made some gorgeous babies.
I know this has bothing to do with the topic, but how do u or anyone feel about snake shed sprays? Purchase or make? Also great video topic! Make more videos like this! Your frustration with the names...can u imagine the newbie like me?!? So frustrating

One of the BP’s I bought from petco was labeled albino, I knew it wasn’t so I bought it cheap. It’s a BEL pure white with white head and blue eyes, but the spine has the faintest and I mean faint tint of yellow, I can’t even capture it on camera. So can I get some feed back as to the pairing

I've got a Mojave/lesser. He's pure white with blue eyes. I've chosen him for the mate of my super-lesser. She, the super-lesser has slightly larger eyes, and a shorter snout, than the Mojave-lesser.
I have a 2019 Bamboo pied and its white as pure driven snow. I am hoping to make Super Russo in a few years to see which is more white

Thank you get them to stop calling them just "BELS" Is it a Mojave Butter or a Special Bamboo?! These are big differences. Lol. Mocha is a really good gene for getting all white snakes with "pattern". Like clearish white pattern on stark white
