      The ongoing human rights abuses in the Central African Republic are well documented by numerous credible international agencies in the kind of details no fly-by-night UA-camr would be able to acquire from a brief stay.

    You went to the country where I was a Peace Corps Volunteer for 2 years!! Mbaike was the town where I was stationed. You spoke with Joel, who was much younger and one of our teachers at ISDR, where we learned French and Sango before being sent out to our stations. Man, you made my day!!! Thanks soooo much for this video!!

    Thank you so much for the video Jayson, I was touched, almost cried. Africans should stand up and ask their leaders to set up policies to develop our countries. I was surprised and disappointed by the extreme poverty in this country while it is one of the richest countries in terms of natural resources. Almost every part of the city is way underdeveloped than our poor rurals in Rwanda, what their leaders have been doing over more than six decades.

    Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant!!! It's so hard to find vlogs about the CAR!!! And your film, even if it is filmed somehow "on the run" and "hidden camera" style was for us more captivating than a Hollywood blockbuster! You have a unique, superb narrative style and what you are saying is so interesting that the images don't really matter!!!
    We are planning our vlogging trip to the CAR for 2019, but are a little scared about the costs and about the safety. We want to go to the Dzangha Sangha NP and there's a long way until there.
    And my wife is blonde and attracts a lot of attention :))

It's very hard to find documentary like this unless it's about war . living abroad I realised that many people don't know the central Africa republic ,they always mistaken when I answer this question : "WHERE ARE YOU FROM ".they think I'm from congo or I'm from south africa.
    Since they decided to change the name of the country that was "OUBANGUI " TO "CENTRAL AFRICA REPUBLIC " leaders ran the country like their own business. They are subjects and obey to FRANCE .

    great documentary Jayson..you really get into the pulse of the people and empathise with them making this a very heartfelt bonding-type of educational video which gives us a gut feel of how they feel and live.

    For sure i have liked how illustrative u are and your observation skills as in paying attention to detail. Your being down to Earth in order to gather the information you want is really amazing!
    I also like to navigate different parts of the world. Warm regards from Uganda

    Fantastic video, Jayson! Of course, I loved seeing the old airplanes like the AN74 :) Well done!!

    • @jaypiper2
      @jaypiper2  5 років тому

      Sounds like you are an airplane fan. It seems far fetched that you had to watch a video about Central African Republic to see a video about the AN74.

      Yep, you saw it right. She had a Kenyan bracelet. Her friend gave it to her. Now she’s living abroad, but still in Africa.
