Back in the day, when I purchased my first home to live-in; that was Miami in the early 1990s, first mortgages with rates of 8 to 9% and 9% to 10% were typical. People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Pretty sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.

If anything, it'll get worse. Very soon, affordable housing will no longer be affordable. So anything anyone want to do, I will advise they do it now because the prices today will look like dips tomorrow. Until the Fed clamps down even further, I think we're going to see hysteria due to rampant inflation. You can't halfway rip the band-aid off.

Home prices will come down eventually, but for now; get your money (as much as you can) out of the housing market and get into the financial markets or gold. The new mortgage rates are crazy, add to that the recession and the fact that mortgage guidelines are getting more difficult. Home prices will need to fall by a minimum of 40% (more like 50%) before the market normalizes. If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets.

Man, you're on fire!! I've had this on my goal board and i need to internalize it
    "Whatever it takes"
Seems these days, hell the past decade or more, people have romanticized the phrase and diluted its meaning. Gone are the days when such words were absolute, absent of any ambiguity.
Whatever it takes means just that. If you dare utter such a phrase you have sworn a pledge to do anything and everything within your power to achieve an end, a goal, or whatever the finish line is. It means forgoing comfort, forgoing social status and obligations, putting everything in this world and the next second to the singular purpose of capturing that one thing. There's no pausing because you're tired or you got a thing or whatever.
You go, and you keep going until you're done.
Anything less is just talking without commitment to action, period.

These are very profound thoughts..you are in the right path...but what is missing is...in order "to be" and change your character traits, it comes from above, from God, and it requires a spiritual conversion to be the image He created us to be! So the character traits to improve them is a spiritual battle, think addiction, lethargy...fear, anxiety, they are overcome by surrendering them to Our Savior, and praying praying praying then the grace will descend and true change of oneself happens, the BE alignes to the image of He created us "to be"

This is excellent! I now have those 3 words everywhere. I know for a fact what holds me back from being consistent in my phone prospecting is the fact that in my mind, I don't believe my efforts will work. That is the honest to God truth! Yet, I keep hearing and seeing time and time again from successful agents that it does. I am going to challenge myself for the next 30 days to prospect and hit my numbers no matter what regardless of the outcome.

It's about being the person who does the things to have the results you want.
E.g. Be the kind of person who is interested enough in their education to see it through. Instead of clicking a link and hoping for surface-level answers
