Alhamdulliah, i have finished my hifz at the beginning of December 2022. Started in december 2021, so it's just under 2 years. It was a difficult journey at the beginning. I used to cry to my parents, saying my teacher gave me 1 page to learn, and i can't do it. I used to cry during my first of hifz, but subhanallah, i didn't give up. When i was during my first 10 a paras, i used to read half para revision, 4-5 pages of the current para from my sabaq to the last 4-5 pages, and then 1 page sabaq I started when i was 13 years old and finished at 15 years old. I started in an islamic school where i did 3 hours in the morning (hifz) and then academic studies. My major technique for my hifz was learning my sabaq in advance. As i had academic studies and homework, etc, it was difficult to go home and memorise one page, revise for tomorrow, and do my homework as well. So what i used to was memorise my sabaq for monday, saturday morning, my sabaq for tuesday on saturday afternoon and my sabaq for Wednesday on sunday evening and so on. However, i didn't memorise it properly. I memorised it but didn't forde myself to know it by that day. And so when i had to read my sabaq for tuesday, i would go over my sabaq on Monday, and i would know it in about 15 minutes. In this way, i didn't have to spend 2 hours memorising after school. With my revision, i used to go over my para for tomorrow during morning classes after hsving read everything. Every day, i woke up at 4 am. and read my 1 para revision, my 4-5 of the current para and my sabaq. I always read tahajjud before getting to read. And when i went to class at 8:30am, i would finish reading my 1 para, 4-5 of my current para, and my sabaq by 9am. Again, this required hard work, resilience, and willingness to sacrifice sleep and hours. Hifz is not impossible. Take as long as you can but never give up, and Insha'Allah Allah will assist you in your journey to hifz.
Any questions comment them down below, and i will try to reply as best as i can.
JazakAllahu Khairan for the advice, which madrasah/institute did you memorise at ?
@user-oi6xw6cr8d 1 juz a day, it's a must. There are 2 hafiz in my class and their hifz is very weak. 1 juz a day is a must to retain the Qur'an. I read 1 juz every day to my ustadh. I learned the juz for the next day in class, and I reread that juz in the morning before fajr, and I know it completely. I do not really have any other tips as Allah has granted me a good memory, and after doing lots of khatams, I can read from anywhere.
How many times is good to repeat a verse or whatever you are learning?
@OK-lu3du hmm well my teacher said 25 times but I read it as many times needed before it's in my head.
What is a para?
Ma sha Allah brother and JazakAllah khairan. Some very good tips to memorise the Quran especially how we have become a grinding and grafting society to become successful. Proper realistic tips because these days its so easy just to waste time on TikTok and youtube shorts and just be so busy with our lives. I didn’t knw that the hadith about the quran interceding for its companion and not just for the hafidh. Really changed my perspective and want to get closer to the quran. May Allah help us all be a companion of the the Quran. AMEEEN

İ planned start at juz 14 but i couldnt manage both surah half of surah al Hijr would have been sufficient, learning in hizb isnt optional for me but in ruku its fine 3 ruku at a time
This speaker looks and sounds like Sheikh musa of tarteel channel
İ still cant find a app where i can copy like mass copy words i still cant understand easily. Developers working on it
Learning a hizb a day is what i can manage or half of a hizb and if i want to i can memorize a ruku a day, a hizb is 6 pages and a ruku is 1 page
İ wonder what one third of a ruku is called..
11:53
İm learning arabic and i look at socieaty they dont understand arabic and they wont learn some will but not all will begin speak arabiyyan mubin
The hardest is to memorize alif ba the rest is easy
İ have trouble with social life not that much but im all alone.. maybe its a generation problem
If someone had memorised already ones and then he she forget what he had to do 😢
They should try their best to re-memorise which requires a lot of hard work but know that they are rewarded with every Ayat they learn again in’sha Allah
@@Alebamunir Thanks I will try my best inshaallah. make dua for me .❤️
İ learned a short surah first i looked at the surah at night in the morning i memorized while in a car untill i knew by heart then a few hours later i forgot. İ figured i need to be better at Arabic and focus on a entire juz instead. Become more familiar with the Quran
İ lnow they say i have to repeat what i memorized during the day and i learned like the sahaba may Allah be pleased with them 10 lines at a time then i read tefsir and tried understand every word. But its not good forget
Maybe İ was doing the right it was surat al Qari'ah and listening a few times again as if time slows down
