Looks like a 10" round cake drum that Janette has used here and about 14" tall. However, you can adjust the sizes for your own requirements.

Hi Janette what would I use to secure the chimney to a chocolate fudge cake please? I really don't want it falling off or ripping the side of the cake downwards. 😭😭😭

Hello Therese, I would recommend the cocktail stick just the tutorial if you want to have even more support I'd pop in a few raw spaghetti sticks. Thanks Paul
