Saludos Franklin. El down payment es dependiente del el tipo de préstamo que se esté utilizando. Los taxes pueden ser desde 1-2% dependiendo el area que esté localizado la propiedad. En cuanto a la electricidad y cable, tendrías que determinar cuál proveedor quisiera utilizas para el cable. La luz y agua se calcula basado en el uso. Y el seguro también es algo que hay que averiguar. Unsualmente los prestamistas pueden ayudar con esa búsqueda.
