I was around Hump when he came to Houston from Louisiana. I met his moms, pops, wife etc.He took penitentiary chances to put that label Sucka Free together. I witnessed from the ground up. He took Flip into his house and spoiled him with every sneaker , clothing , gear etc and bet everything on Flip because he was the most hungry. Redd was talented as Flip but always moving around . Flip was being coached by Will Lean, D Redd, C Note of Boyany because he was their young G in training. Flip went to Sony with Hump and did a back door deal on him and renegotiated everything . The Botany Boys taught Flip the game. Dress showed Flip how to product tracks. Flip and Hump both have their version of what happen but Hump ain’t lying

Flip only response was he "feel" like he wasn't getting enough money because he was the CEO and a rapper. If he was a real CEO, he would know what he supposed to get and not "FEEL". I bet Hump just gave him that title because he was friends with his father and he knew he was more talented than the HSE group. I doubt Flip invested financially in the start-up of the label. Flip always shouted out CEO in his freestyle's. Hump should have kept him an artist if he was fronting all the money, but that was just his way of trying to show Flip love.

My brother Gattie Tha King was signed to Sucka Free with Flip. He told me Hump was snatching everybody publishing. He left the label and went indie and ain't looked back since.

Sounds like Flip leveraged his name and much bigger profile to go to Sony and claim the whole catalogue even though Hump was the one that financed everything.
Hump probably never had any real paperwork to lay claim to anything because he was doing handshake business instead of having real contracts and documentation.
Flip learned the game and took advantage. He needs to break Hump off tho cause right is right and wrong is wrong.
