Today we explore the exciting idea of what are the entire mines worth?! We mine EVERYTHING from floor 0 all the way to 120 to see exactly what kinda value is hiding there! Just another fun idea I had to try! Stardew Valley gameplay with my commentary as always!

DangerouslyFunny, you should look into the Chests Anywhere mod, so you don't have to go back and forth emptying your backpack, you can just access your chests and shipping bin, well, anywhere.
He had a return scepter and working minecarts yet he ran back and forth multiple times

no, iridium and other ores/gems can spawn In all floors. Also the treasure chests have a lot of good stuff

You might want to consider installing the 'LookUpAnything' mod. By pressing F1 while hovering your cursor over anything it'll give you detailed info about that item, but also if you hover over your character and press F1 it'll tell you by what percentage your luck has been boosted (or degraded) by. Interestingly it fluctuates, i.e. even on a best luck day the actual percentage can vary.

For some ores, Certain conditions can apply
Amethyst can be found anywhere
Aquamarine and Jade can be found 40+, but if the mines have been completed, any level
Emerald can be found 80+, but if the mines are completed, any level
Rubies can only be found once the mines have been completed

Your advice to keep mushrooms and cave carrots etc instead of selling them because "the energy is more valuable than the money" completely changed my life in this game! I would run out of energy and just go to bed, but if I ate those things I could keep mining or fishing and make way more money!
The tractor mod clears the mines pretty quickly(assuming it still works).

That guy's swords are gorgeous! Very nice collector's items. This video was interesting as well although I think all geodes should have been processed and the weapons and such sold for completeness. Ah well... maybe I'll give this a try, putting a few chests at the top of the mine to store the stuff into as I make my way through it. Could be a fun project for sure. :)

Hey DF, Mumps uses mods to never die or go exhausted and even stop time - but why not a mod for a bigger backpack? Is there no such mod available? Would maybe make your videos lots faster, as you don't have to go back and furth to collect stuff. I would like to see how much money you can make from just 120 levels of mining-trash (as in this video). So. Collect everything again (under BEST circumstences, luck, etc.) Then try to maximize the outcome (like create things with the stuff you got (maybe melt the ore?) and sell all that (but only use stuff from the mines). I would love to see the difference in Money as 135k doesn't seem that much :D

I feel like this mightve been a little easier if you'd put a bunch of chests in the central mine room so you didn't have to run back and forth quite so much.
You should use a large glow ring. Not only will you be able to see really well in the dark floors of the mine, but at night walking around town and your farm you will also be surrounded by light. There's also a small glow ring, so if you can't find a large one, that one is semi-useful.

gotta say, in 2 of my saves in stardew valley, i get a bat (weapon, Level2, 8-16 damage (i think)) at both my saves when i first start exploring the mines... a huge help and save of money lol i’m so lucky
You could have used Chests Anywhere mod instead of running back and forth.
Try staying up all night while using the magic journal glitch and check around and see if shops open and stuff
Now it’s time to see the same thing but in skull mines
i had a day where i froze time and also did all 120 floors at once, thou i still had to heal, and using mega bombs, it was alot lol. i blew up every rock, tilled every part of soil (using the bombs) killed every monster, went through about 4000+ megabombs, got a bunch of artifacts from the soil... only managed to get dwarf scrolls 1 3 and 4 lol
I'm honestly surprised I haven't seen you use the "chests anywhere" mod (yet..). I hate wasting time running back and forth to the farm so hitting b and putting stuff in chests and the shipping container saves so much time.

Bombs blow up the barrels and stuff too and I don't think it saves the stuff inside, so may want to compare bomb v. breaking them open as you go.

I want to see what DF would do with the Automate mod, I'm currently in the process of filling the entire quarry with bee houses, and this mod collects all the honey for me.

hey you know you can use the tractor in the mines right😉 also if you go into the config file and open it in notebook or whatever then change where it says distance: 3. change it to like 10 and it will help out alot😁😁😁
you can also chop trees with the tractor to by setting chop trees to true instead of false
a tractor gets rid of everything also holding a hoe kills the enemies with the tractor

You should do this with a new save next, without the Good Luck Charm or any levels so that you could see how much you'd get doing it the "First Day" way.

use cheat engine set speed to 500 and process geodes fast
Should have used the chests anywhere mod you could deposit items into your bin directly from your bag
I usually just put a chest next to the elevator to unload in when I am having a mining day.
Do you know if the item inside of a geode is defined when you pick it up or when you process it? And depending on that answer, is it better to save geodes and process them on a good luck day versus a or bad luck day day?
