- After a heckler interrupted Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Wednesday, others in the crowd respond with chants of "Let's go Brandon" and "We love Casey" as deputies remove the man. The governor thanked the crowd for their well-wishes for his wife, who is battling breast cancer.

Fun Fact: The average beat cop with 5+ years in South Florida grosses $80k benefits incl. 7+ years ranges from $70k up to $90k *NET* (or a max of ~$120k gross).
Again this is just the standard beat cop. Administrative Cops, Detectives etc earn ~25% more and chiefs, commissioners earn ~2x more not including their first class paid vacations. This is why the Military Police MOS/Rate has one of the highest turnouts in the service. They get their free training, 4-5 years "experience" (aka looking at IDs and running circle jerks for 12hrs/day) and join a civilian agency for 3x the pay and far better retirement.

Based. I tried to listen closely, but it's tough to make it out. I wholeheartedly agree with stopping that whole testing farce. Someone tried it out on fruit & it tested positive. And, the swab tips contain some iffy chemicals, too. And, some doctors wondered why the heck certain tests have to go up against, practically, the brain
