    The panels which you want to paint, first give one or two coatings before fixing. This will same time, paint quantity, improve quality of paint and equally important is during ceiling painting, printer eyes are not exposed to paint drops falling in eyes...

      You can use the bison panel above the normal brick wall but just make sure that you are using low thickness one and you have to drill it on the brick wall.

    Wow Congratulation you are the first tiny house builder from INdia I know of in UA-cam. India needs tiny houses actually more than any other country And the tiny houses in USA are such a big joke. They call 850 squarefeet as tiny house. IN INdia that is the standard size of 2 bedroom flats in highly populated cities.
    BTW you did not mention the price of each sheet. Could you share the current prices.
    I wish you were in my city the @@#$#@ Interiro decorates refuse to use BIson Sheets they say it works out the same as plywood. I knew it was 40rs per Sqft. And a cheap and decent quality ply is not less than 60 rupees and then you have to put 60 ruppes or say 40 rupees cheap laminated and then pay the carpenter 120 per sqft labour.
    I wanted to make dry wall in my office with This Boards on MS Frame and use PINE wood style laminated MDF for the desk which was hanging on MS frame and use the pine and gray of the Board as a color combination and just put a sealant on the board to reduce the cost.
    It would have been over in 3 lakhs or less but In my city a 1000 square feet carpet office will not be ready for less than 10 laksh and cheapest is 7 lakhs. But my interior decorator just kept lying that this plywood will cost the same and then the end bill was 9 lakhs even though we gave him a budget of 5 lakhs and he was earlier very open wanted to do something differnt but then he decided to fleece us. First he said he will give us wooden flooring in 5 lakhs which was doable as this would have easily finished in less than 3 lakhs.
    Best part these boards are sound proof.
    Please share the current cost of thes boards 8x10 or square feet wise and per MM. My friend in bangalore is opening a small restaurant I want to advise him to use Bison panel but even there the carpenters and even the dealers are saying that Bison and Ply there is no difference in cost. I find that hard to believe.

    After your video i plan to do for room partition do you think it's a good idea? Because we built the home in normal brick and cements.. when I contact the agent they said they use only 6mm steel instead of Iron Pipe.. will it survive? Also how much mm Sheet needed for room partition. Any Idea please?

    • @Kalaakaar-in

    Great work sir.. planning my own fiber board construction… learned a lot,having a few doubts,hope you can help with them
    1) how plumbing can be done in a fiber cement board , will the screws hold the pipes when water flows through?
    2) the risk of electrical discharge? Any protective measures?
    3) in case of a mezzanine floor will there be any vibrations , even with tiles ?..
    Thank you.😊

    • @Kalaakaar-in
      @Kalaakaar-in  Рік тому +1

      1. We do it outside the home. Not inside the walls.
      2. The house is grounded and also the MCB trips. Also we run the wires outside the walls in conduit. We did not try to cut the steel and keep the wires inside.
      3. If you have enough supporting steel then the floor does not vibrate. And after tiles it becomes heavy that vibrations are reduced even more.

    Exposes Iron rusts, the bison panel where it's been cut will absorb water. This seems like a build for 8-9 years. Why not build conventional style using brick, cement, iron? 🤔

    • @Kalaakaar-in
      @Kalaakaar-in  2 роки тому +5

      Bricks and cement became conventional only in the past 30yrs. Before that it was mud. Now in the future it will be all steel. Bison panel does not absorb water as is. But to be safe we will fill the gaps with epoxy and white cement and later oil paint it too.
