That’s how I keep asking my children assistant class teacher when she will deliver her baby. I never knew she wasn’t pregnant until the day I saw her and asked when she will going on maternity leave.😂😂😂. She told me she wasn’t pregnant. I was deeply embarrassed
Your information is on point. I was in a waiting room to see my doctor and a lady who came with a big stomach did not have a seat. I told her excuse me since you are pregnant, let me offer you my seat. She said I am not pregnant. Everyone looked at her to hear her response, I have a HERNIA ! I apologized and she said it is okay everyone thinks I am pregnant. From that day I learnt my lesson
It happened to me at a tailor's shop, when she told one of her client to "give this pregnant lady a seat"😮😮😮 I turned around, and realized that it was me that she was referring to 😂😂😂😂... I collect seat o
My sister I am a 72 yea old woman who have seen all kinds of life. Thank you for your voice of wisdom, you are so happy in your own skin. The fact that you love yourself you can take these unhealthy comments with grace.
I am a small size lady and i had a fibroid situation, few months after i got married , each time it's that time of the month, i blot a little more than usual and oh my Lord, my mother - n- law, my pastor's wife, some ladies in the church, some friends will start congratulating me. It got so bad i had to do a surgery to get rid of the fibroid. You can imagine. The unfortunate thing was i married late so they feel i should start producing babies right away. Pressure! But the good thing is, i am not stress about it. God is the giver of children. My mom had my youngest sibling at the age of 50, after she had had 6 children and stopped giving birth for over 9 yrs. If God decides to bless you with children, nothing can stop it. People, no one is giving anyone a reward for noticing a pregnant woman first. Stop trying to ask or tell if you think someone is pregnant. It could be fibroid, health situation just like NENE said😮.
Thank you for the education and congratulations to Baby #5. I recently found out I was pregnant from a church member few weeks ago... She said " Nnem are you pregnant " Hmmm I looked at her and said God forbid... I already have 3 kids Under 4 yrs old and I am struggling with school, 14:53 work, family, house chores, the list endless... I came home and took a pregnancy test..... My sister, it was positive... I wanted to die... I called planned parenthood only to find out abortion is now illegal is texas... I cried... Then I remember 2 friends who are still waiting for the fruit of the womb, I just started praying for them... Asking GOD to use me as a point of contact...If I can transfer this pregnancy to them, I will do it instantly.. So yes, I'm keeping baby #4 and I am praying that GOD blessed all my sisters who are still waiting on GOD to bless them..
Same thing happened to me, some time they will call me out to pray for me in front of the whole congregations in the church it is heartbreaking, God in his infinit mercy has broke the York last year after 9 years of waiting, taking All kinds of insult from people he blessed me with a bouncing baby boy. My golden baby.
Thank you Barrister Neze this is so true. I experienced this in an oppostite fashion. My water broke at 34weeks due to mental and physical stress. After 2days admission and monitoring i had an unplanned C-section. Offcoirse baby was in the NICU and i was not ready to announce to the public but somehow people got to know. 4days after i was discharged while baby was still in the hospital. Calls started coming in "you had a baby and you dont want to tell us, what's our offence. I cried for days because these people didnt even know what i was going through. People should learn to mind their business, i mean imagine if something terrible had happened and they are still questioning me. To the glory of God baby is 1+already.
Neze you have said it all. 3months after being married. A colleague of mine said to me, we have not seen anything o....., how come you are not yet pregnant, what have you and your husband bring doing. I remembered I went home and I cried bitterly. Those words really got me sad for some period, but I never knew I was already pregnant.
Tell them oo if they will hear. I personally have suffered in the hands those insensitive people I have 2children back to back immediately after marriage and for seven years now I have not given birth and I also lost the first one, there is nothing people have not told me with their mouth, all manner of pressure
My Neze!! You are too much❤ I think people do this because they think it’s an achievement to be the first to detect someone’s pregnancy and even the baby’s gender. If the person is indeed pregnant, they now beam with pride and say ‘I knew it! My eyes are so good that it can detect a 2 week pregnancy’. I pray these fallopian tube soldiers focus their energies on bettering themselves.
That's how someone ask me yesterday, wen u go born follow this your pikin,i tell am say na God dey give children,n i squeeze my face answer her,she respect her age sharperly,my son is 8+.may God remember all of us ttc.Amen
I have been in a situation where I did not see my friend for months and only for me to go visit her and realized she was pregnant, I greeted her normally with soo much joy in my heart and quickly started helping her out in chores and asked her to relax. It was after some hours she was like see what your brother has done to me and I was like he did well naa😂. I did not act surprised when I saw her because it is expected that a married woman can get pregnant at any time. I think people need to learn more about emotional intelligence. Thank you soo much for this video Nezepeperempe❤️
Well done for raising awareness about this & enlightening those who think it’s ok to talk anyhow. You’ve said it all. I often wonder why some people can’t show simple etiquette when it comes to issues like this. Women need to learn to be kind & sensitive to each other.
Apart from education, social media exposure, or enlightenment, normal Nigerians are insensitive to other people's feelings. As Nigerians, we have a long way to go to be psychologically smart. Thank you Neze for that lecture.
Hummmmm that exactly what I told a woman who knew a particular sis that was not married at 48yrs we were at a naming ceremony and she just open her mouth to tell the sis you are the next oooo u go carry your child. the sis just stood up and walked away. This may be an innocent and harmless prayer but it was not needed at that time. This is exactly what you are talking about. We must be mindful of what we say to people.
You are right, I have been avoiding marriage ceremonies these days because whenever aunties see me, instead of asking how am doing but they will just be asking me when am getting married.. Sometimes it's irritating.
Brilliant video very teachable moment. So true, I’ve had a friend that lost a baby took her a very long time to loose the weight and folks were congratulating her. My dear Neze, you are beautiful and so brave for having this conversation.
Thanks Neze my friend is experiencing the same thing she has been married for six years without a child or even miscarriage her husband is living abroad wen ever her husband comes some people will tell her that she should not waste her husband’s ticket she should get pregnant this time which use to make her cry her eyes out as if she’s the one giving her self babies that’s not nice at all
Even Neze is not immune to the womb monitoring done by the association of womb watchers, per usual you addressed this annoying issue that is very prevalent in our society very gracefully. Thank you Barrister Neze.
Thank Barrister Neze, for the education lessons, with education knowledge is gain an things will be done in wisdom. Congrats Oooo you did have a glow taught was the glory oooo. Much love from us in ,🇹🇹💯💃💃💃😮
I never knew I was already too worried, finally took in same here of wedding, but in our 11th month of marriage and lost it in first trimester, hmmm I almost fell into depression. Neze thank you for teaching this, Children comes from God. It is grace only him can give
I remember after getting married in 2021, the following year almost every woman in my church in Nigeria will be looking at my stomach to see if I am pregnant, so will even touch it. I was so pained because I was trying to be pregnant, I did IVF but failed. To break the camel’s back in 2023 I was called in front of the church for the whole church to pray for me to get pregnant. Why are we so insensitive to people feeling in Africa? Children are from God.
Neze dear. Just getting to know you. And I appreciate how you spell it out. God bless you, for educating and telling the plain and simple truth. I have been on the TTC journey and conceiving my two kids was a miracle. But bc I have a big tummy due to PCOS and childbirth, I cannot count the number times people thought I was pregnant. I learnt to ignore them and their thoughts. But the truth is that it does take its toll. I was already insecure because I was overweight, and their perception did not help. I’ve learnt to keep my peace and my happiness, and be grateful to God.
Neze there are so many reasons I like to watch your channel. Thank you for this video. I pray God answers all the TTC Mum this season in Jesus Christ Name Amen
Well said my able Barrister. People need to understand the emotional effects of these pregnancy comments. There are many women who have spent millions to have a baby without success. I'm happy that you have used this comment as an educational moment. Education is key.
Thank you Neze, I added weight in 2020 and I can't lose the weight around my tummy. I look pregnant. ...it is called hormonal imbalance. Yet I am waiting on God for the fruit of the womb.. Thank you for this information
I actually got attracted to this video thinking you were pregnant. You’re a good storyteller. 4 kids in this part of the world is plenty my dear. I have 3 kids and nothing can make me have number 4 even with their dad begging for more
I totally agree with you, Neze. I was a victim of congratulations, iyabeji, wherever I went back then (in my twenties and thirties). Meanwhile, I was suffering from Fibroid, and I was on the slim side then. I got married very late (almost 40 years of age), and I gave birth to my son, with a fibroid in the womb, but God did it ((after two fibroid surgeries). When I had this child, people asked me when I was having the next one (I had this child when I relocated abroad and was over 40). I tried having another one, but it was coming (miscarriages). Caring for a child abroad is not moinmoin o (daycare fee alone!). Even now, I still look pregnant, and this is due to weight gain and some mental issues. People need to be careful of the way they address other people, especially when it comes to mental and personal issues. Remain blessed, Neze♥
Nezenwa you almost made me believe you were pregnant from your first comment. I feel your weight adding is because of a relaxed mind. That was how they were congratulating me the last time I added weight and when I worked on it and lost weight the still complained that I had lost so much weight that I was stressed. I don't know how we mummies can keep up with all these talks.
You are very wise in the way you dealt with the statement. People need to educate, learn, or better still think before you open your mouth. Neze, thank you, very well said.
About 12 months after my wedding , one minister in church squeezed a piece of paper into my hand reading "u are not barren, u are just a waiting mother". Me that agreed with my Odogwu to not get pregnant as i was working on my Master's degree program. 😂
I remember a colleague of mine had fibroids and her belly was like she's having a baby, so people everywhere she was were saying, congratulation! Asking if it's a boy or girl 😢 she would cry about it everyday. Indeed let's mind our comments.
From the beginning of the song I know Neze is taking us somewhere. The problem is a lot of women will still not learn or hear. Don't be surprised that the same people will still go elsewhere and drop the same comment.
Yes I have gone through that, after giving birth 1,2,3 n 4 I gained a lot of weight n my tummy was big, I was asked several times if I was pregnant 😂😂, Heaven is the goal.❤
Neze, this is an excellent and on point video. People need to know their place and understand boundaries. A person will tell you what she or he wants you to know, otherwise mind your business. Thank you for saying it direct and straight. No sugarcoating! Some conversations are inappropriate and can be very offensive, we need to learn as women! Let's honor privacy!
V@NDchurchgirl but she is joking na. Did you hear where she said if you are in the abroad and you can wash napkin and clean popo, drop your application? Who does that in the abroad? Who uses napkins nowadays?? She is joking jare.
That was how after i had a miacarriage years back and was still trying to heal only for one lady to start asking me wat are you still waiting for? I went back to my bed and flood it with tears. But i thank God after ao many miscarriages, still miscarriage en etopic pregnant, God finally blessed me wit 3 children. People can be so mean and insensitive.
The way you’ve handled this just proves what a bright and joyous light you are! Happy woman like you?! May you not suffer and enjoy the fruits of your womb and may god keep you for very very long! ❤️❤️❤️
People typing ‘congratulations’ in the comments didn’t y’ll watch the video to the end? Omo no matter how you educate some people barrister neze they’ll remain dense cos they keep running faster than the sense that’s chasing them! 🤦♀️
I tire OOO . I expressed same during my time of waiting that at some point, I stopped letting people know that I'm not feeling fine or even call anyone I know that would come up with such insensitive encouragement 😊
When I saw the title I thought to myself Neze isn’t 4 children enough. Then when you said in the video that if your sole purpose on earth was to have children, haven’t you fulfilled that purpose, I just burst into laughter 😂 😂😂😂. That statement made my morning.
@@iampraise_ you see that statement “NEZE ISNT 4 CHILDREN ENOUGH “ is insensitive. She can decide to birth as much as she wants. Na this kind talk and matter we Dey try to settle for this video. I come in peace ✌️
@Befe_Space, she meant it as a thought, actually. She only thought out loud. We cab have these thoughts...although we also need some work to refine our thoughts. We are all a work in progress
@@isiomageorge-adedeji3139 I totally understand but typing it out here whether jokingly or not isn’t healthy. It can affect the emotions of someone that has 5,6,7 kids. I totally understand where she was coming from
I am happy for you my dear. We grand mothers always ask daughters questions about babies expectations. No Matt our education we don't keep quiet. Since you mentioned is now, I will stop since it's offensive. Thank you. Much 💕 NEZE.
Thank you so much. God bless you. I wonder why some people aren’t diplomatic in their approach to things like this. These issues are so sensitive yet people are so careless in their utterances. I hope they see this video and advise themselves
This is very well articulated. Not people looking at my son and asking when he’s having younger ones, and they don’t know if I’m probably fighting quiet battles or I’m just chilling and enjoying Oga. The worst part is these womb watchers start suggesting and even lecture you on calculating ovulation 😂😂😂
Neze, honestly you are a genius! The way you treated this issue is just super. People don't mind their own business. Moreover, it's not our culture as a Nigerian, to be announcing pregnancy.
I was a victim of this later 2022 and early last year. People were just making comments that show that they think I'm pregnant, when I was struggling with fibroid. It really affected me. And esp because I'm actually looking for the fruit of the womb, but haven't gotten it yet. Took out the fibroid last year tho. Still expecting God's blessings. Thank you for this video. I'm one of your subscribers, but I've never commented. Just to let you know you're my best UA-camr, when it comes to real life stories. I actually love your storytelling, plus I have learned a lot of legal matters from you. Keep up the good work Neze Nwa.
That part u gave them 5knocks made me laugh😂😂, Labour room nor be joke, plus fallopian tube police them plenty.before u know,it will go viral.good to clear the air.congrats, some people get eye sha, even from screen them see the womb #respect
Thank you Neze for this enlightening video, my daughter will be 10 this December, we've been trying to conceive for a while now after I lost a her brother after giving birth prematurely at 27 weeks and another baby girl at 22 weeks pregnancy which few people knows about, the amount of, ahh do you want your child to be the only child, some people will even tell my child to ask me or her dad for siblings. It just crazy and sad.
Even me sef wey get 2, if anyone suggests or ask me when I'll be having my next baby... I'd jokingly reply cheeky cos it's mine and hubby's decision and trust me you'd not dare ask me again. A whole four children is not enough??? When I saw NEZE's notification I said to myself (again kwa!) 😂😂
Nezepeps! I just fell in love with you afresh for this video. You spoke straight from my heart. I pray that we as women will learn and desist from hurting each other with our utterances. Thanks so much and God bless you. Meanwhile, you look dazzling as always. ❤❤❤❤❤
Neze you are very correct. I remembered 13 years ago after I had my twins, I added for almost two to 3 years my tommy was big as a lepa woman my tommy was big and at that time I will really working it . But surprisingly, people still ask me to please do my work small small o because of my pregnancy😂. Others will say.... Thank God another baby is on way when am not even pregnant. That's people for you, they talk before thinking. I love your educative talks. Weldone
God bless you for this one Neze, please take your flowers 🎉🎉🎉🎉 this happened to me several times as I struggled to conceive for 4 years after marriage, either the ones that will tell me I look pregnant, or I should stop exercising that's why I haven't gotten pregnant, or why did I wait so long to marry that's why I'm having difficulties all sorts of nonsense but each mention of my lack of children was like a knife to my heart and every night my pillow was soaked with tears. Just stop it fellow women your words are painful whether you mean well or not!

Fallopian tube armies indeed. Neze you are fast becoming a wordsmith . Love you dearly nne.
NEZE IS THE BEST BLACK FEMALE STORYTELLER. SHE KNOWS HOW TO KEEP ONE GLUED🤣.
As in ehn.
I love her so much 😂❤
Great message. Congratulations Neze 🎉❤
I totally agree Neze. Indeed you are very sensitive. People unfortunately lack decorum , etiquette, manners. Blessings always
Thank you, Neze. You have taught a good lesson. I believe in boundaries. You nailed it.
😂😂😂😂 some people they can't just mind their business 😂😂😂😂😂 Africans 🙌🙌🙌
Omo!! The effrontery !!😮
The way people don’t mind their business ehn!
Neze Peperempe I just love you ma. You are such a positive vibe any day!❤
I remember a colleague of mine had fibroids and her belly was like she's having a baby, so people everywhere she was were saying, congratulation!
Sad but true
Neze, thank you for doing this. Thank you for standing in the gap for others. God bless you!
Yes I have gone through that, after giving birth 1,2,3 n 4 I gained a lot of weight n my tummy was big, I was asked several times if I was pregnant 😂😂, Heaven is the goal.❤
Neze, the awesome & highly intelligent story teller! Kudos 👍🏾
Thanks Neze darling for the approach you took. I am truly proud of you. Respects sis
Thanks for the talk Neze! People should watch to the end before typing congratulations. Neze is not PREGNANT! Womb watchers BEWARE!!!
Thank you. I watched just the beginning.
She did say at the end that baby number 5 is here and her daughter is going to have a sister at 14:20min.
V@NDchurchgirl but she is joking na.
Did you hear where she said if you are in the abroad and you can wash napkin and clean popo, drop your application?
Who does that in the abroad?
Who uses napkins nowadays??
She is joking jare.
😂😂😂
That was how after i had a miacarriage years back and was still trying to heal only for one lady to start asking me wat are you still waiting for? I went back to my bed and flood it with tears. But i thank God after ao many miscarriages, still miscarriage en etopic pregnant, God finally blessed me wit 3 children.
People can be so mean and insensitive.
People are not mean and they are only showing concern because they care
@@chinyeluobiasor6862 with the wrong approach?
@@chinyeluobiasor6862even if they care there is a way to communicate not asking "what are you still waiting for"?
God bless you Neze, you just spoke the truth, women keep hurting other women this way, May we learn better and do better as we learn o❤❤❤❤.
The way you’ve handled this just proves what a bright and joyous light you are! Happy woman like you?! May you not suffer and enjoy the fruits of your womb and may god keep you for very very long! ❤️❤️❤️
😂😂😂😂 See me as I dey prepare to shout CONGRATULATIONS 🎉🎉😅.We still thank God for blessing our wombs 🙏
People typing ‘congratulations’ in the comments didn’t y’ll watch the video to the end? Omo no matter how you educate some people barrister neze they’ll remain dense cos they keep running faster than the sense that’s chasing them! 🤦♀️
My first baby is only 21 months, every small sluggishness, and sneeze, encouragement everywhere, "jisike" here and there😂😂😂😂.
I tire OOO . I expressed same during my time of waiting that at some point, I stopped letting people know that I'm not feeling fine or even call anyone I know that would come up with such insensitive encouragement 😊
@@annugonna3126 It's tiring, honestly.
When I saw the title I thought to myself Neze isn’t 4 children enough. Then when you said in the video that if your sole purpose on earth was to have children, haven’t you fulfilled that purpose, I just burst into laughter 😂 😂😂😂. That statement made my morning.
Aswear 😂😂😂😂
@@iampraise_ you see that statement “NEZE ISNT 4 CHILDREN ENOUGH “ is insensitive. She can decide to birth as much as she wants. Na this kind talk and matter we Dey try to settle for this video. I come in peace ✌️
Exactly😂😂😂😂
@Befe_Space, she meant it as a thought, actually. She only thought out loud. We cab have these thoughts...although we also need some work to refine our thoughts. We are all a work in progress
@@isiomageorge-adedeji3139 I totally understand but typing it out here whether jokingly or not isn’t healthy. It can affect the emotions of someone that has 5,6,7 kids. I totally understand where she was coming from
You're doing a great job 👏 instead of taking offense, you use it to educate them 🥂👏👏👏
I am happy for you my dear.
God bless you Neze for this education❤We all need to be careful and more sensitive.
Nezepeperempe is on point our storyteller extraordinary
So professional in what you are doing with a sense of humor a special hello for chikamso ❤
Sometimes some of this folks really goes that far with people businesses see things and be quiet will be okay
The funniest woman on earth
Thank you Neze for talking about this. People need to learn and mind their business. Not everything one sees, he/she talks about
We're waiting for a baby number 6 too oooo 😅😅😅
Lmao
I felt the knock😂
I no follow sha. It never crossed my mind at all. I just felt u were looking happy and settled in Canada ❤
Your laughter is so Beautiful and Infectious❤
This is spot on. You kept me glued with your amazing story telling 😊
Weldone
Hi Neze, thanks for sharing and enlightening us...much appreciated...❤❤❤❤❤🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪
Thank you so much, this is words of wisdom that can't be found even in the church.
Congratulations 🎊🎉🍾 for baby number 5 ❤
God bless you for this one Neze, please take your flowers 🎉🎉🎉🎉 this happened to me several times as I struggled to conceive for 4 years after marriage, either the ones that will tell me I look pregnant, or I should stop exercising that's why I haven't gotten pregnant, or why did I wait so long to marry that's why I'm having difficulties all sorts of nonsense but each mention of my lack of children was like a knife to my heart and every night my pillow was soaked with tears. Just stop it fellow women your words are painful whether you mean well or not!
@nezepeperempe I love your level and admire your level of intelligence and sense of maturity. I proud to be a part of your channel. A great platform where I unlearn and relearn . May you be richly blessed with divine wisdom 🙏. Much appreciation from my end 🙏
