AMC took 90% of investors shares in a reverse stock split, part of my retirement fund. Which Adam Aron said he will never do a reverse stock split in a Video he made with Trey's Trades.

Good, you chose to invest in a company at a terrible valuation and they issued shares on you when they recognized they were wildly overvalued. Now they have a massive cash pool to stay alive for years and keep their executive salaries while running a terrible, dying, unprofitable business.
Why would you EVER invest in a dying business? Read a financial statement, quit blaming others for your own stupidity.

The bondholders were convinced they wouldn’t get paid in 2026 -that is obvious. Restructuring was required, and bond holders would not have done much better forcing AMC into bankruptcy. This does not bode well for equity value, but shareholder obviously don’t care.

Shorts have another 3 Yeats at least before they can even conceive amc going bankrupt. Slow and steady gains over the next 5 years is incoming. I bet we sit like $20 A share end of 2025.
@@ant9771 Slow gains won’t pay the interest. AMC loss per share is going down, but the reason is the loss is spread over a huge increase in the number of shares. What would justify a $20 share price? I have no position but $5/share is too much for a death spiral.
AA says they raised $3B in cash through equity and didn't hurt the lenders...but really who gives a rats azz about the shareholders.
