5 मिनट में बचे हुए चावल से बनाये टेस्टी कटलेट | Leftover Rice Cutlet | Cutlet recipe|Leftover Cutlet

Learn how to make cutlets from leftover rice in just 5 minutes by Desitadka.
Ingredients- 1 cup leftover rice or fresh cooked rice
1 big potato or 3/4 cup boiled and grated potato
3 Tbsp cornflour. You can use roasted gram flour too.
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
2-3 Tbsp chopped coriander
1 Tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp or to taste red chili powder
salt to taste
1 Tbsp grated ginger
1 green chili finely chopped
In this step by step cutlet recipe i have shown easy way of making cutlet at home with simple ingredients.You can also call them as rice pakora or rice kabab or vegetable rice kabab.
