- One of my favourite travel/food vlogs yet. I really enjoyed this one! Me and my friend Marin go into the Bulgarian mountains to search for a unique green cheese. The only one in Bulgaria and one of three in Europe!

If you are still in this region definitely should visit Glozhene monastery and try some Medovina (this is rakia with 40+ herbs in it). Also the monastery is stunning

Awesome. I believe I suggested this cheese to Jamal. it is one of three of this kind in the world! what makes it special is the specific climate of Cherni Vit. plus the local breed of sheep, typical of the Balkan mountains, called Tetevenska. i tried and i like it because it is different from anything else I have tried. I come from a cheesemaking family and I know that there are many unique technologies to make cheese, usually in small batches. Krokmach is awesome too

Another great video Jamal really been enjoying your content so much so that it has inspired me to launch my own channel. I think we have a similar mission to promote all the good things in this beautiful country. If all goes well maybe someday we could do a collaboration.

another thing if its marketed like this, you know some dude makes it from lost recipes and you cant even buy any of it, that'll make people go crazy for it, I am seriously willing to pay a lot for a small amount now :D:D:D:
