Road Trip in Morocco Day 5 - Sunrise in the Sahara Desert, the Middle Atlas and Ifrane (4K)

🚙 We finally arrived to the last day of our road trip through Morocco. The road is long ahead of us and crosses different landscapes as a testimony of the Moroccan natural richness.
🌅 Our day starts early in the Sahara as we wake up to watch the sun rising in the desert. In the moments before dawn, a gentle glow begins to permeate the vast expanse of sand, painting the dunes in hues of soft gold and rosy pink. Slowly the sun ascends and infuses the desert with renewed life and shadows dance and play across the sand dunes. But unfortunately we have to leave this golden desert to proceed with our road trip.
🏞️ As we cross the High and Middle Atlas, the landscape changes dramatically from rocky red mountains with dry vegetation to grass-covered highlands where large flocks of sheep are grazed and finally to dense forest of cedar tree.
🐒 These enchanting cedar forests are home to the rare Barbary macaque, a charismatic primate species, the only non-human primates North of the Sahara. These playful monkeys are known for their distinctive appearance, with thick fur ranging from golden brown to grayish-black, and expressive eyes that seem to convey a range of emotions.
🏔️ Lastly we stopped by Ifrane. Nestled in the heart of the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco, Ifrane is a picturesque town known for its alpine beauty and European-style architecture. Nicknamed the "Switzerland of Morocco," Ifrane captivates visitors with its charming streets, pristine parks, and refreshing climate.
