For making schezwan fried rice-
1. 2 tbsp oil
2. 1/3 cup chopped French beans
3. 1/3 cup chopped green capsicum
4. 1/3 cup chopped red capsicum
5. 1/3 cup chopped yellow capsicum
6. ½ cup chopped cabbage
7. ¾ tsp salt
8. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
9. 3 tbsp jain schezwan chutney
10. 1 tsp soya sauce
11. 2 tbsp chopped coriander stems
