Your legs are all muscle so they’re going to look bigger butttt they’re beautiful and you shouldn’t get upset over it. Genetics plays a big part in it. Be easy on yourself. I used to be so upset having bigger thighs but they’re beautiful and strong
Definitely test drive the cars first so you see what you like, but my boyfriend has had both a Jeep wrangler and now a bronco and he loves the bronco way more. It’s a little roomier and more comfortable for passengers to sit in. Its also a little better on gas mileage, but both cars are very nice. Can’t wait to see what you get :))
Embrace having muscular legs. I’m a former gymnast and have always had bigger muscular legs. Btw, yours are not big at all!! They are toned, but I would not say big!
Lululemon’s sizing is just plain weird, don’t judge yourself off of their sizing- you look great! I’m a size 2 anywhere else, and I have to get a 6 in Lululemon unless I want to have a wedgie. Excited for Charleston vlogs 😊
Your legs are just muscular! But if you feel like they are bigger/inflamed it could be because you are working out too much and too hard. Sometimes weights and HIIT create "bulky" muscle, so you could stick to walking/easy runs and pilates. I struggled with the same thing, but once I switched to low-intensity workouts and lifestyle, I was able to slim down the areas I was inflamed in.
I wanted a Jeep Sahara for a long time and finally test drove one and I didn't really like the wheel placement...kind of hard to explain. maybe I'll try it again down the road. but I am definitely interested in the Bronco too.
it is my time to shineeeee! i'm a ballet dancer of 22 years and this is what i have done to keep my legs toned. reformer pilates four times a week. DO NOT SKIP THIS under any circumstances and then matwork for inner thighs. if you cannot make it to classes do ballet workout. not barre. ballet "train like a ballerina" is what i go for but type in "lean leg ballet workout" many things will come up. also, diet is also a big part of how the body can lean out. food combining alongside the low-glycemic index/fodmap diet it puts a lot of ease on the body as we know exercise is a stressors to the body. i do eat quite clean when i'm toning my body to get it to how i want it to look. whilst you don't need to be orthorexic about it you can't just eat anything and expect results oh and i don't calorie count and or limit any food groups and still enjoy treats just not everyday. any questions please feel free to ask me i'm happy to help anyone!

@@julianajaynes1847 so i’ve not had children yet so i consulted my mother on this one. she said if you lay on your back while in bed, do the little scissor kicks and also butterfly kicks very slowly so it’s controlled and that will gently engage your core and slowly overtime tighten it. are you having a cesarean or a natural birth? also consult your midwife. re diet the fodmap/low glycemic diet shouldn’t in theory cause any harm but also consult your doctor. food combining is just what food you put together for east digestion if you have IG i’m happy to message you more in depth about it!
anna is already a lean girl and eats very clean. she works out all the time. i think the rest of it just comes down to genetics and she shouldn't be trying to slim down any more. she is a perfectly healthy weight and body proportion. if she loses any more weight she is in danger of being underweight

Nespresso sells an actual cleaning product. Also, I just run water through mine every so often and don’t forget to remove and clean the thing in your foamer. It’s the little spring thing that spins that attaches by magnet. Just pull it up and let it soak awhile in vinegar and water. Good luck.

Best ice coffee at home: Ice first half way Poor oatmilk in half way Poor espresso shot over oatmilk Add your creamer (sweet cream is the best) and done. The only thing that I would recommend is investing in a real espresso machine than the pods saves more money, the espresso is fresher and taste better!
I have a tip girl your legs will get smaller if your in a deficit but you can’t pick and chose where your body loses fat! But from my experience for cutting in prep I have a thigh gap due to low body fat 10%. In your oatmeal add protein!! Incorporate more protein throughout the day as this has the highest thermogenic affect, which means you burn the most calories consuming protein out of all the macronutrients!!

With my nespresso, I pour my syrup in a separate cup, brew the espresso over it, and then pour that over ice and milk! It’s always pretty yummy!
