I have been learning German for a couple years, so I really appreciate the "normal" German translations you include! And I find it very interesting to learn the Swiss German translations.
Great to hear, Amanda! Basically you could learn German, Swiss German and English with the subtitles :))
I most like your garden. I like when you do the same as Aristotle. That is the real world!
👍súper i have learned much more thank you very much fuer Alles
Ich bin seit einem Jahr in der Schweiz und spreche ein bisschen Deutsch aber Schweizer Deutsch habe ich nicht verstanden.
Das Video ist sehr gut. Ich mag das. Grüsse für Ihre Katze. Vielen Dank
Very helpful video! I think these kinds of videos could be made completely in Schwizerdütsch as long as there are subtitles in english and swiss german. Sort of like how Easy German does it! It would allow both beginners and advanced speakers to learn a lot depending on how much they rely on subtitles.
Ok great!! Will consider that in the future! Very helpful feedback!
yes I agree, great idea!
Here from r/German :) I learn standard German, but it's so interesting to see the differences between the languages. Grüezi from Toronto, Canada!
Great to have you here, Ana! And love your feedback, thank you! Say hi to Toronto! ♡

@@shanebroussard2064 Wow! Dis Schwiizerdütsch isch ja super! Why do you speak it so well? Ich habe gerade heute ein Video aufgenommen, in welchem ich mehr (oder fast nur) Schweizerdeutsch spreche. Es erscheint in ca. 2 Wochen. :)
@@SwissGermanBeginners Großartig! Ich freue mich darauf. Gestern habe ich deinen Kanal gefunden und werde von nun an alle deine Videos anschauen.
I don't really speak Swiss German well. I've actually never spoken German with anyone face to face, so it's very difficult for me. I taught myself German and then noticed that I could hardly understand any of the Swiss German, so I've been working on this lately.
Danke für deine Videos. Du hast recht. Es gibt nicht viel Lernmaterial für Schweizerdeutsch online... also je mehr desto besser.
@@shanebroussard2064 wow that's impressive!! Your German is so good too! Ich freue mich riesig, dass du meine Videos schaust! :) Danke dir.

Is “WC” pronounced like “vee-say?” Want to make sure I get it right! 😁
I love your videos, Thank you very much. Is this the same dialect we would speak in Baar, Zug?
It's very similar! Not the same but you might not notice a difference. You live in Baar?
@@SwissGermanBeginners My husband does. We just got married, and I am waiting for my Familliennachtzug visa 🙏😍🙏 I pray we will be together soon.

1:23 - Wo kann ich die Vorange kaufen dass zusammen mit dem Fenster sich öffnen? Dank.
Hello!! Just a quick question please, I'm trying to learn everything from scratch! In the alphabet video it says " S " is pronounced S, but you seem to pronounce it like " Sch" , like Stüel
Could you please let me know ? Ps: thank u love ur videos
Yes, as "st" and "sp" are always pronounced "scht" and "schp". 😊
AAAAAH I understand!! Merciiii 🫶
Hi Andrea 😊 do tou think you could maybe do a pronunciation video sometimes soon? Because some letters sound different according to what follows it seems. According to the alphabet video, A is pronounced "aa" , and Ä is meant to be "è" , but in words like Ässtich or Täller, it is pronounced "aa". Thanks so much 🤍
