Wouldn't it be White Rook to Night 6 so could attack the black Rook, with the pawn protecting the White rook and then the other White pawn could move to KNight 8 and become a Queen.?

This is an unfair result!
So, i don't know anything about chess, but around 8 minutes Jobava is thinking really hard and the most obvious move is rook to B6, It just wins a rook or makes a Queen. Carlson thought he lost there, watch his hand.

After that magnus would push the pawn forward,then jobava would capture the rook and magnus would go to queen and check immediately and he definitely would win

Black will promote with a check is the only problem for white. If white could trade queens then he will be having another b pawn that could be winning for white...

Absurd game. Jobava was completely winning at ( 6.56) He had an endgame were he was up two pawns, passed and connected pawns no less. I understand that this is blitz and the quality of the play drops significantly but it looks as an absurd game between two patzers. Nobody would care to look at such a nonsensical game if it were not played by Carlsen.
