Who cares about mvp?Super bowl win is all that matters…
I’m predicting Burrow to win MVP too but I’m predicting he had 5000+ yards and 46 tds. The stat line Connor Orr gives well Burrow has already done that! In 2021 he had 4688 yards and 34 TDs. In 2022 he had 4400 and 35 tds. I’m predicting the Bengals to be the number 1 seed this year too.

@jajuansylvan2988 well for one he said the other day that his wrist was still giving him issues in an interview during otas....I can tell you first hand wrist surgery takes a WHILE to recover and I'd bet money as the season goes on its gonna be a problem. 2 he hasn't had any reps with the team in MONTHS which matters with timing routes, cadence, o line you name it. 3 they lost some key pieces and the replacements take time to come together. It isn't as simple as plug and play....so yea I don't see it being their year. You can dream and hope all you want, but theres a lot riding against them. I'm not saying they aren't good or anything but Burrow isn't going to be his usual self I don't think. Just my opinion.

@@dontesamaterasu8570 Lamar Jackson had missed 13 games in the same time period. Since 2020 Burrow and Lamar have both missed 13 games. Burrow is tough as nails in 2021 he played 21 games and 20 in 2022. He played in 2022 3 weeks after having major surgery. He’s when your appendix ruptures like his did it requires major surgery. They have to cut you wide open and clean all that material out. In 2021 he was coming back from a torn ACL, MCL, and PCL. Never missed a beat.

Not without eye-candy numbers, i.e. 40+ TDs, 70% completion, 4800+ yards, 12+ wins.. Unfortunately we are in the DraftKings fantasy/stat era.
If Burrow can remain upright for at least 15 games he has a chance to put up these numbers.

This year it’s going to be easier to win MVP and get the 1 seed for the Bengals BECAUSE OF THEIR SCHEDULE!! In 2022 they had the second hardest schedule in football and what did they do? They won 12 games with that VERY difficult schedule. It should have been 13 wins but the Bills game was canceled if you remember. In 2023 they had the hardest schedule in football and even without Burrow for 7 games they still go 9-8. So in 2022 they had a notoriously hard schedule and they win their last 8 straight games. And with that hard schedule they went 12-4 should have been 13-4 and fast forward to this year and they have the 17th most difficult schedule. They get a break this year because they didn’t make the playoffs last year. This is the best offensive line that the Bengals have had since Andrew Whitworth left. This is the best offensive line Burrow has had since LSU. I’m predicting the Bengals to go 14-3. They will lose to the Cowboys because playing in Dallas is hard and Dallas is good in the regular season and they will split with the Ravens and Browns and sweep the Steelers. I’ve got the Bengals beating the Chiefs in week 2 and beating the Eagles when they play them.

I think if the key pieces stay healthy in the Bengals offense stay healthy and the offensive Line is much better Burrow could put up serious numbers this yr. Honestly and as much as I had to say it because I don’t think he is this elite QB I think it’ll be Brock Purdy because it’s a QB award and because it will go to a QB with the best record I think media wise we are going to get into a debate of “see it’s been two consecutive seasons he’s done this” type of argument that they will end up giving it to him. Do I think he deserves that no because he is a product of elite talent and elite system not saying he’s a bad QB but not saying he’s elite but it will be the biggest argument next season.

Did Mahomes really have a "down year" last year? The offense as a whole including coaching was bad. Mahomes can only do so much. If anything last year was the first year Mahomes showed he can manage the game at a supreme level regardless of offensive talent around him. KCs run game is average, and offensive tackles/wide receivers were terrible.
