Honestly, the red level(hot) is actually warm. You struggle to find out wether its on or defective. Blue(low) is close to off. Good item though.
I agree they need a tall XLT size.
I wish they did. Luckily it has not shrunk any. I have washed it multiple times. Just dry it on low for about 30 minutes. It drys pretty quick.

But how well does it heat you in the cold?
As for batteries and charging, I say buy 2 or 3. Then you have extra batteries for the day, the extra power source/charger, and extra shirts to swap out during the week.
It has been doing well during these 20-30f degree mornings on the jobs. I have had the work skin, long sleeve shirt and a sweatshirt. Been staying warm. I do like that it is less bulky with the battery than the M12 heated gear.

See, I have 3 of their Red lithium USB flashlights, and extra charger and battery so I got plenty of batteries to keep me warm throughout the day lol

So for the batteries when they are charging, when the green light is blinking does that mean it’s almost charged or fully charged?

Blinking green means 80-99% charged. Full green is 100%

Polyester does not shrink. #1 con is that you can't recharge battery while wearing. Forced to by a flashlight 🔦
Can you wash it
Yes. I have wash mine several times. Just take out the battery pack and tuck the wire back into the zipper pocket. When I dry it. I do tumble dry on low or medium heat.
