I've been observing my thought process for about six months now, and done additional research into neuroscience etc., only to realize that the methods to change the physical structures of the brain that I discovered already mostly existed in Buddhism. Am still looking for more info on Buddhism, though.

They are a Hindu Ethnic Group migrated to the South Asian region. They still kept their traditional rituals which is very different than the Buddhism widespread in that region. Hope it helps.
