Thank you Molly, I look forward to your films. The gentle piano music, spectacular scenery, the soft autumn colours, capturing the rain drop falling from the leaf, the sounds of the outdoors were all a wonderfully relaxing intro idea that I would love to see more of at the start of your films. It transports me out of where I am to a place I would love to be. I would love it if you could linger a while longer in future films capturing the sights and sounds of Scotlands fine landscape, ripples on a brook, the reflections of the landscape on a still loch, slowing us all down enough to appreciate, for just a few moments, the amazing natural beauty of the Cairngorms😍….. I love your sense of humour about the knife!
I love watching you cook Molly. Thank you for sharing your life's values with us. I look forward to all your videos and substack's. You are always an inspiration to me. Have a wonderful week! Sue❤
Your meal ideas are so inspirational so much so I made the bean stew for lunch .. yummy 😋. I’m having the leftover stew with jacket potato and vegan sausages for dinner. Thanks Molly x
Hiya. I love squash but i have arthritis in my hands so peeling them is horrendous! Now i use a Chineese cookery cleaver, chop them into large chunks, de seed them, and roast them. They will last about 3-4 days in the fridge. You can freese them too and use for soups or as a mash ( once thawed and reheated!). Hope this helps ( cant remember if you have an oven Molly!)
Come on….that tea drawer puts mine to shame lol..love your use of Chia seeds….have you seen the many deserts on line….lots of lovely ones…enjoy your week x
What a delightful video ❤. I made the vegan cottage pie which you detailed in your recent video. It was delicious and a hit with the teenagers too! Thank you 😊
I love your vegan food prep videos the best and walking with the lovely scenery around you. The marketing was more subtle, which was great. I felt the text was distracting and would have preferred a voice over with a little bit of talking, so that I could really take in the visuals.
You can usually roast and eat the skin of those little stripey squash, I've discovered (butternut not so much). I've had chia seeds in the cupboard for ages, never seem to get around to doing anything with them! Very nice video, thanks.
Thanks for sharing! I just signed up to skill share with your link. It had one free month and the rest of the year at half price too! What are your favourite courses on there?
Ah amazing! I hope you enjoy! It depends on your interest, but the creative writing and productivity courses are my favourite. And I love all of Emma Gannon's classes! :)
I love the food prep that you demonstrate. For anyone considering trying vegan food it can be daunting as often the recipes are over complicated. I’ve just read Claire Keegan’s book ‘Small Things Like These’ if you haven’t read it you might want to consider it for Christmas/Winter, it’s only about 120 pages long.
Just some feed back. The simplicity of this vlog is not only spoilt by the ad in the middle but by talking at the end. It would be far more powerful if you were somehow able to incorporate your ads with no vocals in a vlog such as today's. Otherwise this was a beautifully filmed and curated vlog. And yeh you must get that knife sharpened!
@@lindawilson8434 I don't think people like Molly can really afford to produce the content she does without using some affiliate links and getting sponsors. There's always a note that the video contains paid promotion, she only promotes things she genuinely recommends and uses herself, and you can always skip that part, which is what I do when it's something I'm not interested in, such as skillshare, on the other hand I have sometimes found out about products here that have been useful, though it's not why I come. With other non-related ads from UA-cam, I find my adblocker deals with most of those, but sometimes when I want to support a particular channel I disable it and let them run, since this helps them get a bit of extra revenue. I can always go off and do something else while they're running!
Right now, the first 500 people to use my link will get a one month free trial of Skillshare skl.sh/hippyhighlandliving11231

Thank you so much for the feedback! :)
You could do with a garlic press! You won't need to chop garlic up by hand anymore and it makes it a lot quicker to prepare the garlic.
Yes, this has been on my shopping list for a while! :)
