New Year's Eve Makeup Tutorial | Blue Mascara & Liner | Claudia Neacsu

Hello everyone! As many of my Instagram followers requested a makeup tutorial, this is the look I created for this New Year's Eve. No matter where you are celebrating this year, you can definitely try this look and adapt the color of the eyeliner & mascara to your own preference/eye color. If you have green eyes, I suggest you use a burgundy or purple, for blue eyes brick or warm brown looks amazing and for brown/hazel eyes, you can try this blue version.
