How did you get Pendulum Evolution's 2nd effort? I don't know what strategy to special summon a Pendulum Monster face-down
You have to summon an extra deck pendulum monster, you saw me XYZ into that rank 7 before using evolution’s second effect, it’s because that XYZ is also a pendulum monster
Any Xyz Pendulum Monster will do as long as it is Pendulum in it. Since I do not have Odd-Eyes Rebellion Xyz Dragon yet, I substitute it for Dark Anthelion Dragon for now plus Dark Anthelion Dragon scales are 10. It scales makes easier to Pendulum Summon level 7 and higher Monsters. Can you play Pendulum Evolution before you Summon any face-down Pendulum Monster from your extra deck? Or after you Summon a Pendulum Monster?

0:00-3:59 is the deck used in this segment all the cards shown at 10:23-10:39 (decklist 2)?

No, 0:00 - 3:59 combo uses the Decklist at 10:04
@@Moha-MasterDuel but at 2:01 you have both Exceed the pendulum and beyond the pendulum in the deck Lightwurm+dragon shrine gameplay which led me to think it was decklist 2 since decklist 1 doesn’t have both of those cards

What is the choke point of this deck?
Heavy Metalfoes Electrumite. It's what allow you to access Astrograph and use it's effect multiple times to generate massive advantage.
If you have the right hand it's still possible to play even if Electrumite is negated, but your board is likely going to be less than optimal.

What else would you negate other than electrumite?
To be honest, I'm as pendulum player also don't know how to counter this deck, pendulum deck now are more resistance due to released exceed the pendulum, if you want to interrupt you have to interrupt all link monster (exceed, electrumite, and beyond if they run beyond ofc)
I lost interest a minute and a half in. Look, I COMPLETELY understand that these types of combos are necessary to otk and lockdown. But honestly, this isn't dueling anymore. There is no strategy in this. Everyone is using the same type of engines, and it's boring. It comes off as wanting to play alone because you build a field, and the opponent either can't respond or wipes the field next turn and wins. It doesn't feel fun anymore when everyone's deck has the same staples🙄 Maxx C, Ash, Called by grave, impermanence, Baronne, Zeus, Promethean, and other cards having NOTHING to do with an actual played archetype. Decks went from 50 to 40 to now being 20 cards, because everyone has the same 3x cards in their deck.🙄 It's gotten so lame. Yugioh went from being a chess match to rock paper. Because it's even easier to leave out scissors😒
