- Hi everyone :)
This time I wanted to celebrate the arrival of Age of Overlord in the TCG by showing all of the summons Z-ARC did in the anime. Z-ARC was one of my favorite characters in arc v, simply because he is the basic example of a seemingly undefeatable big boss who got a rather sad backstory leading him to where he is. I also love the new support showing his purified version.

I'd rather have Z-ARC's anime effect be changed than be broken like the Egyptian God Cards. Same for his other Dimensional Forms

Supreme king dragon clear wing is a dark ruler no more and raigeki on summon
While zarc is an unaffected 4k beater that droll your opponent while face up on the field
Yeah zarc has absurd broken cards in anime, but he really know how to used them, i mean the man back to existence like 5 minutes ago give him some credit, not for nothing he was the world champion in the original dimension
Knew how to use them? Zarc made big misplays in his Duel, so there was still a bit of sloppiness in there.
Here's one: When Jack attacked Clear Wing with Tyrant, Z-ARC had the opportunity to use Clear Wing's effect to return it to the Extra Deck and change Tyrant's ATK to 0. And with the Darkwurms on board, Jack would've taken the L, and he could've just one-shot one of Crow and Sawatari himself and left the other at 200 LP, instead of both starting at 2000. Unike the one later, this one relied on his own Deck, and he had similarly used Dark Rebellion's effect to completely own Shun and Kaito.
Or another one, bigger, that causes him to take the L: When Leo sends his Fusion Monster to the GY, Zarc handrips him out of all four of the Nature cards. However, by sending all four to the graveyard, he put them up as viable targets for recursion by Ray. Leo had a fifth card in hand, and by sending that one, Zarc would've kept one of the Nature cards trapped in Leo's hand with no hope of being used against him.
@@maxmercurythemm827 I agree for everything, especially the last one. Because even if the anime rule in ARC-V doesn’t let the player draw a card in 1st turn draw phase, and you can only activate and trigger the card effect if someone acts, like: draw cards, activate another cards or effects,… So when Leo activated the card that could send his Pendulum Ruler to GY and Zarc countered with Supreme Disdain, he should only send 3 of Nature Cards to GY instead of all four, let one card left in Leo’s hand and 100 LP left. 3 of his Nature Cards only becomes able to activate their skill if En Flowers is activated already, so it would be stucked in Leo’s hand and Zarc could finish him in next turn. If the remaining card in Leo’s hand is En Flowers and he activated it, it’s still an useless card without 3 other Nature Cards activated on the field😂
@@Kienduong-ru3nb actually in Arc V when people intrude on a duel they still draw a card when its their turn, the "no draw" thing is only for whoever is going on turn 1 in the entire duel, not when it's the player's first turn.
Such as Shun when he dueled Z-arc, turn 1: He summoned 3 raidraptors to xyz summon Rise Falcon, then used the quickplay spell Overlay Burst armor to keep himself in the game, then he set 2 cards. Meaning he had 6 cards on his first turn.
Leo Akaba had 6 cards in his hands, then used 1, "spirit collape".
Supreme King Dragon Z-Arc is pretty much Odd Eyes and the other Dimension Dragons's equivalent of Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, Meteor Black Dragon, Cyber End Dragon, Shooting Quasar Dragon and the Neo Galaxy Eyes Dragons

Zarc is my all time absolute personal favourite Villain in all of Yugioh. I love the episode of where we finally learn about his origins and the origins of his reincarnations I love the summoning of the Supreme King Dragons in English sub and the Summoning of Supreme Dragon Zarc in English sub and I can’t wait for him to be added to duel links and hear him Summoning his Dragons plus I hope that duel links will give the Supreme King Dragons better summoning chants than they were in the dubbed.
Am I the only one who feels like Supreme Dragon King Odd Eyes, Supreme King Dragon Dark Rebellion, Supreme King Dragon Clear Wing and Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom deserve better rarities IRL? Because these four Dragons are just commons and rares.
Supreme king dragon starving venom: *angry dragon roar noises* (translation :yeah, you people abused me so bad i got banned! At least let me be a super rare!!!)
I think they should’ve also been Pendulum Monsters.

Question:
Supreme King Gates Zero and Infinity turn all damage into LP.
Obelisk the tormentor is a monster card that can gain infinite atk with 2 tributes.
So if Obelisk attacked Z-arc while he controlled a supreme king monster, would Z-arc gain infinite lp?
assuming it would ever come to that situation which I highly doubt (because at the time Atem summons Obelisk he already got to experience the effects of the gates), then probably yes.
But thankfully this would only be possible in the anime if even.
@@magemaster724 Waitwaitwait,, I also just realized. The acadamia soldiers are called the Obelisk force. That would mean Obelisk, Slifer, and Ra exist in this universe and were discovered and used. I wonder the story behind this one
@@johngentley5015 eh I more think the Obelisk force is just a reference to Obelisk Blue from the gx duel academy, nothing more. that's it.
I mean arc v might play in the same universe as the OG yugioh (one can see everyone wearing Kaiba's duel disks when Leo Akaba talks about the past before the dimension split when he discovered solid vision), so they existed in the standard dimension in the past in DM, but as we all know, the cards got buried along with the millennium items.
@@magemaster724 Well Ik that the reason the writers put that in was to have an obvious GX reference. But in perspective of the lore of this world, this version of Yugioh, it intrigued me. But since the history of each world got changed when Z-arc split the world, it's still possible a different tale went by here. I mean in the OG yugioh Atem was famous and frequently mentioned, but here people seem pretty shocked that duel monsters can cause harm. which would be an obvious fact in a world where Yugi fought the shadow games. Furthermore we see Leo Akaba dismiss the idea of Duel Monster cards having souls as to "little evidence", when in GX we see people learn this fact as a history class after the events of DM. I think maybe, Obelisk, Slifer, and Ra is what powered the Acadamia's duel disks. We see in the original Yugioh series, that only something like a Milenium Item can place one's soul inside of a card. Maybe Leo Akaba found the 3 cards, and implemented their power to make the duel disks that turn people into cards. Since Obelisk, Slifer, and Ra and the Milenium Items all originate in the same place: Ancient Egypt. Furthermore, in the Yugioh R manga we see the wicked egyptian "god" cards being used to take people's souls and try to ressurrect Pegasus
Obelisk's anime effect destroys the entire field and deals 4,000 damage.

Astrograph Sorcerer and Supreme King Z-ARC's anime effects are broken as hell.
The irl card effects of Astrograph is that you can banish one fusion, synchro, xyz and pendulum dragon from your GY, hand, and field only in to order to summon 1 Supreme King Z-ARC from Extra Deck
welp they made anime Astrograph's effect to summon Zarc into a trap card called Soul of the supreme celestial king ... and I love it

summoning Z-ARC is much easier even in one turn. You dont need actual fusion, synchro, xyz, and pendulum dragons. There are now pendulum magicians that are treated as fusion/synchro/xyz/pendulum dragon and you can use it as materials along with Astral's effects to summon zarc in the extradeck. But you would need link 2 electrumite and timestar magician for this

This dude’s whole deck is built to be the fattest pain in the ass for everyone. It can almost counter any style of summoning. How he lost needs to be studied
he lost by losing what he was so proud of: all his precious summoning methods and becoming a normal monster with the 4 En cards, I really loved this. But ye, he was the classic example of a big final boss, being this op and countering everyone.

u will find that he didnt lost at all some dragons might be destroyed but not all of them

@@ashkun3260 well edopro cannot code every anime card as it is supposed to work in the anime for 100%, so it might have that mistake.

zarc, what a disapointment he was.
I still enjoyed him as a villain so maybe not a true disappointment
