- Audi A7 3.0TFSI Stage 2 APR 0-262 km/h acceleration test run. Driving conditions were not ideal, as the run was done on wet driving conditions in the winter.

Apuca-te de vlog, te stiu de la Andy Popescu si ieri am avut bucuria sa te revad la Mihai Beldie cu noi modificari. Esti foarte tare omule, chiar as vrea sa te vad postand vloguri, macar 2-3 pe saptamana. Foarte frumos A7-le, pacat ca il dai.
Multumesc frumos bro pentru cuvintele frumoase, le apreciez enorm. Sincer as vrea sa fac, am multe idei, dar nu traiesc din vlogging sau masini, momentan am alte prioritati. As putea sa mai filmez ocazional (am mai facut asta, am adunat ceva material), dar nu am editor. Daca gasesc pe cineva dispus sa ma ajute promit ca scot cateva episoade ! Cat despre A7, vor mai fi si altele in viitor, nu e problema. Exista masini si mai speciale decat asta.

Nice video, I assume you run stock DSG software? Do you still run the stock cats? Does the car get affected by heat soak without an upgraded heat exchanger (intercooler for s/c)?
Woody259 Yes, stock dsg, currently below the factory limit of nm, but the lack of extra clamping power was felt during continuous high speed runs or launches (clutch slip, jerky gear changes, etc). Definitely recommend an TCU reflash. Yes, stock cats, ideally you want race cats, but up until 450hp you can run the factory ones. The lack of intercooler results in dramatic power losses. You cannot maintain peak power output without one, even during winter. In the summer, I got my ass handed to me from a stock 2013 S4, because the outside temperature was 43C.

Woody259 2 years in, upgrade done at 230k om, currently running 270 with the new owner and no major issues so far. The engine is very reliable, I believe it has also won several awards

Under full throttle it's actually not, had an A6 C6 3.0 TDI that used to show up to 30-35 litres when you floored it
It's not real consumption. It assumes that under that acceleration it will chew up that gas.

Bad idea if you bought that car with that mileage first do all proper maintaince before tuning
@@BalkanBoyBiH i mean the car in the vid has 239k km and is doing just fine, went ahead and tuned it 2 months ago, got 455hp and 537nm with a stage1+ ecu tune and a gearbox tune

Salut. Undeva la inceputul lui martie urmeaza sa fac si eu trecerea, tot 3.0 TFSI vreau si eu si tintesc undeva inspre 380-400 cai, ceva sfaturi pentru mods inainte de resoftare? Nu vreau sa trec de stage 1+ sau sa fortez motorul prea tare, eventual singurul lucru pe care l-as schimba ar fii un intercooler mai mare, de la bmw pe N54 nici stock la 303 cai nu facea fata cu racitul, dupa cateva reprize mai lungi intra in limp mode
Aprindere ! la TOATE TFSIurile - bujii si bobine NGK pt audi R8, apoi un intercooler si o curatare de admisie. Ti-as recomanda si o anulare de catalizator si o evacuare sport, eventual o fulie mica. Practic ce am avut si eu, e un setup destul de soft si mult pana in limitele de toleranta, grija mare la socurile in cutie, nu abuza de launchuri!

Upset that I can't get higher than 93 Octane here. Running Stage 2 dual pulley. No heat exchanger upgrade. Even in Stage One, you can feel it go a bit soft. The issue is if you are going to run full APR, it can get expensive. I would probably rather run Stage 2+ with Ultracharger and a TCU tune because I would only get involved in infrequent "situations" on the street where you would want the power. If it was there for 10 seconds, that is enough to do a lot of damage and very high rates of speed. I'm guessing if you had no TCU tune and Stage 2 dual pulley with a heat exhanger, you're not going to be able to challenge my car until it gets hot, and at that point if all you can do is match it, I'd be OK.
If you ran against an S4 that had a tune, with it's lighter weight, you pretty much have to run a Stage higher than that car at a minimum to compensate for the weight. I have a ZF8 transmission. In all the videos with the 7 speed DSG, there is a huge drop in RPM on the 2-3 shift. I don't have a TCU tune, but the 8 speed doesn't have that gap on the 2-3 either.
I'm running a 2016 3.0 CREC engine.
This engine runs VERY hot, if you live in a hot climate expect to go in the low 300s hp. Definitely worth investing in a premium intercooler to keep the engine healthy and those numbers up.
Mine blew through 4 (!) exhaust hose assemblies, and that was with stock cat. Fixed after I bought a pair meant for an RS6.
Also the ZF cannot possible be compared to the DSG. The later is way more brutal, lightning quick shifts, can launch in 5k rpm for
@@Vlad-wt8rl All can be addressed with a TCU tune. You can pick every parameter. I can change the launch RPM to whatever I want, shift RPMs and speed up shifts. The car leaves under a lot of pressure from the torque converter being loaded up. In videos with all the RS cars and the R8, the ZF8 RS6 car steps out first. Go to Audizine and look up Melen and TCU tune. On one of the threads, there is a few images showing all the parameters. P3U at Audizine does tunes as IE, for the ZF8 and DSG.

Salut ! Îmi poți spune te rog ce dimensiuni au bujiile tale ? Încerc sa găsesc niște bujii bune și nu știu ce ar trebui sau de unde . Am un a7 3.0 tfsi cu chip de la MTM însă bujiile sunt proaste și trebuie sa le schimb
Am vandut masina si nu mai tin minte, cauta Bujii NGK IX Iridium pentru Audi R8, sunt destul de ieftine, ar trebui sa iesi la 150-200 euro. Grija mare te rog la TFSI-uri modificate, aprinderea este extrem de importanta sa fie pusa la punct o data cu cresterea de putere altfel risti sa distrugi tot motorul. Bujii, bobine si admisia curatata neaparat.

311 on the clock, not sure about the real GPS speed tho. Never filmed at more than 270kph, it's extremely dangerous and the places where you can run with those kind of speeds are very uncommon

Only in USA, european models uses ZF8HP only on 3.0 tdi biturbo because of it massive torque.

On the same car I passed to stage 1-2-2+ . What you have there it’s not even close to 450 hp , the car on dyno with fuel pump and stage 1 doesn’t go more than 430 real hp never . Post a dyno of the car . Just for curiosity

The 3.0 TFSI ( compressor charger) is pretty reliable , when they get good oil and their normal temperature on "good" way.. Driving them warm. It´s the pendant to the 3.0 TDI , just as a gasoline and "better" sound . Good friend of mine has got an A7 too with the same engine = no problems with that engine :)

@@robinw944 That's what he said... the 3.0 TDI is the diesel equivalent. Both produce over 300 hp and both cost about the same when new. If one prefers fuel economy and does mostly motorway driving, they take the diesel. If they want a better driving experience and better sound, they take the petrol.
